i don think they will make new access to damansara perdana bcos it will by pass the LDP toll.
don think mbpj or jkr will be so thoughtful

if like this the traffic would be like a parking lot in near future....
So far no any good news for our taman...the sutera springs is dying..the affordable housing is taking in here..nw with another apartment coming up at the entrance...really zzzzzzz...........

Access road will remain the biggest obstacle in the appreciation of Sutera Damansara houses. Even a Desa Park City concept will not save this township with such poor access.

OSK, unlike YTL is not known for bringing value to its projects. Once they sold the properties, they will wash hand quickly. You got problem with access roads? Residents will have to deal it, not my problem....says OSK.

Why am I even comparing OSK with YTL Heaven and Earth?

That's why I have stopped investing in OSK properties.

Hi, I also one of the house owner in Sutera Damansara. What our home lacking now is a communication channel for all the residents e.g. a forum for all the sutera Damansara resident.

if i not mistaken thr is already 1..not sure whether it still active or not...u can try search at google...

last saturday lo. but the YB from Bukit Lanjan Elizabeth Wong was FFK. didnt turn up.
But got lion dance and free lunch to eat.

so it turn up into no solutions or updates again...zzzzzz........

Hee. The VIP takut people will be questioning her on the access road and the new housing development again. My sister was caught in the jam this morning and she was only able to exit from the main junction after 45 mins. Damn shitty and Elizabeth Wong memang boleh !!!!

Can only give you a rough estimation on question 1. I left my house at 6.40 am this morning and I was able to reach the junction 12 mins later. Used NKVE and sampai office at Shah Alam (section 15) at 7.20 am. The traffic is pretty unpredictable. My sis left at 7.30 am last night and she was able to reach the junction 50 mins later !!!

Didn't bother to go to Sutera Spring since I moved in 1 month ago.

Situation is grim indeed for owners....sigh.

Dun lost hope. If the resident association is strong and there are a lot of residents, these politicians will look at us differently. Must keep the forum going and is there any resident association in Sutera Damansara oledi? Not forum, real association with president......

I'm yet to moved in...might moving in within this year....
