how did you guys disconnect/remove your tube from PC suite or Ovi Suite? Just pull out the cable?

wanna ask one thing, Facebook application only can use gprs/3g to access, why it does not want to connect with wifi?

any setting to make it connect using wifi?

hmmm before hard reset, the email on homescreen is not shown, the red chinese dictionary is not working.

after hard reset, email is shown on home screen

Anyone know how to install the language pack for the red dictionary? Anyways, had upgraded by to V30, so far so good. Have everything shown up like the email notification and etc. Just dont know / where to DL the dictionary databse.

under connecetivity, set ur Priority. if u want to use Wifi, set wifi as first. move all 3g / gprs to lower priority. 1 being the higest priority. tube will go from 1 to X priority. whichever have valid internet connection, it will use that.

open your dictionary application, option>language>download language
and it will appear a website, download the language u want
i've downloaded chinese in it, so there is English and Chinese explanation in my dictionary

i can't update the latest firmware, it wrote "operation cancelled by server"

I tried. But FYI, there is 2 dictionary after u had successfully flashed to V30. The red one and the blue one, the method u gave just now works for the blue dictionary but not the red.

guys,are you having problem connecting to the update server using your tube now? I keep on getting operation cancelled by server

Did not face the problem as i had just updated mine like 2hrs ago. Maybe update server is flooded? Everyone trying to update.

most probably.. a bug was detected with the new firmware.. and to prevent spread of bugs over the users, they pulled off the shelves, forcing them to review the latest firmware.. and fix the bugs.. esp the hardreset bug to get the email notification.

with that we are officially greedy and unsuspected beta users.

So in conclusion after update must do a hard reset. So busy compiling the programs i need to reinstall after I do a hard reset. Cause even though most are on the memory card, after a hard reset some have to be reinstalled.

Right,but it would make me feel better if there's another person that is experiencing the same thing i am experiencing now haha

i tried to update from FOTA but when i press "check for updates" it gives me "connection error". anybody got this prob? thx

Guys, for those who had updated to V30 and having problem with ur new Dictionary (the red one). Please download the dictionary database below and put into on ur X:\private\. This is not warez or whatsoever, it just a missing database file after the phone been hard reset. Enjoy.
