Hi

I am looking for a PT around my area (Petaling Jaya Sekyen 11), near UM. I am 35 married guy with big tummy. Height 175 weigh 82. I am very new to this as i have no prior knowledge on how to use most of the equipment in the gym, never go gym before. Only sport I have is badminton and cycling. But my tummy grow larger. Lol
I need a PT to teach me how to do it properly. My friend told me if doing it wrongly will end up injuring myself.

Dun want expensive commercial fitness center as the package is very expensive.

My goals are basically:

* Loose unwanted body fat
* built up muscle
* strengthen my back/spine muscle

I want to feel good on myself again
And wear those tight shirt without showing my tummy

I think I really need a PT to help me to get rid fat around my waist and tummy...also to build up lean muscles...tried swim and jog but didnt see any changes...i think i need a professional to help me on this...

I've been seriously working out for the past 3 years mainly focussing on powerbuilding which is a combo of powerlifting style workouts with some body building routines.
