Freelance female personal trainer

Hi, I'm Ivy and I'm starting out my freelance personal training based in Penang Island. I've been seriously working out for the past 3 years mainly focussing on powerbuilding which is a combo of powerlifting style workouts with some body building routines. I also practice functional circuit training, HIIT (high intensity interval training) to keep my cardio interesting. Over the years, I've been researching, learning and continuously improving my techniques and knowledge in fitness and nutrition. Everything I practice is backed up by logical explanation, so no bro-science involved! Nutrition is the key to achieve your goals, and this is something that I've been heavily studying over the years to understand how and what type of food works for every set of goals. I also keep things interesting with my meals and always find ways to make my favourite meals healthy. So don't feel deprived when I say you need to take care of your diet, trust me you can enjoy delicious foods while living a healthy lifestyle. My main focus when I started working out was to loose weight and get in shape but overtime I've learned that my body is capable of doing so much more and I started challenging myself in terms of my strength and abilities and you can too!

Inclusive with my personal training :
- Body fat percentage calculation to record progress (starting and monthly basis)
- Weekly check-ins (email/whatsapp) where we discuss your progress, observe progress photos and weight check-ins, diet and training.
- Nutritional advice and meal plan sample based on how much you should be consuming for your goals, macronutrient counting, calories etc.
- Education on various food we typically consume and what you should be eating and should not consume too much.
- Stretching, mobility and flexibility techniques to improve yourself
- In future, I will introduce member only blog contents where you can get info on training, meal plans, nutrition and workout ideas.

If you can dedicate atleast 3 days a week to workout, and a change of nutrition and lifestyle habit I can guarantee you results. My personal training sessions will start at once a week for about 1-1.5 hours depending on our workout that day. I don't set a strict time but would rather have you complete your workouts on the day of training. There's no magic pills to get fitter and healthier only you, yourself can make that change and be that change that you aspire to be.
