Hi, I'm Jack and I'm starting out my freelance personal training based in Kelana Jaya. I've been practicing various fitness regimes such as HIIT, bodybuilding and powerlifting. I see the best results when I applied IIFYM. Everything I practice is backed up by logical explanation. However, I would highly recommend a few meet ups to guide you through the foundation of movement for safety purpose! This will take you up to 4 weeks if you are consistent.
