anyone know how long does it takes for dell to ship the upgrade kit when the status in the win7 upgrade page changed to shipped?
what courier they use to send the upgrade kit? is it pos express? |

the pos express site already stated the package already delivered but i still not yet receive the kit anyone experience that? |
