As I know Ah Sang lost in the power fight with Faizal, the guy who supposed to assist him...

My house also got leaking in the master room bathroom, and the developer came to hack the wall on the same day i move in, really WTF!! Now 4 days are gone and they only finished half the job, really speechless...

Another thing to share is my neighbor rented the house to a group of Nigerian! They installed the aircon compressor outside of the middle room window, and the fan is facing directly to my window, so whenever i open the window in the middle room, i get to "enjoy" the hot air from my neighbor, WTF!! I have complained to the management, hopefully they can do something about it. With African around, somehow i feel less secure, as they have causing lots of problem in other places.

Wah..so many problem on AH 2. Maybe AH 2 owners should form a complaint commitee and talk to developer?

Ya almost same here. My unit they hacked it and left. They said need to wait for tiles and so on. Second day, one of the workers came and waited half an hour as that time no one at home. He is damn pissed off and reluctant to come back on the same day. However, i got all the numbers for each group "supervisor" and called up one by one to rearrange everything. Till now they have plastered back and i hope there is no further leaking. WTF really!! I have to "ponteng" my work and monitor them for few days.

Who going to the JMB meeting on this 8 Oct 2011?

walao, AH2 really got many problems, one owner asked me to help him sell his unit at 25th floor. he tells nothing till i said i heard many defects there. wth......

somemore the price is not a good price, oh no.

How much selling price?

RM310. no furnish. high floor KLCC view with 1 car park. Vacant.

Will go this unit then check condition and take some photos. If many defect, maybe give back his keys.

oic, 310k is a good price for me..yup, owner of AH I, so far no defect n rented..*finger-crossed*, looking to sell off when tenancy expired 2 more months..

About the salesman mentioned by Mr. VJKanth, I cannot agree more.

Was asked to pay a huge sum of booking fees.

I will continue to post more ASAP regarding my "misfortune".

Now I'm a happy buyer of Platinum Victory Phase 6.

Hi All, I'm one of the Aman Heights Condo subsale buyer. No doubt I received the unit with defects. I have follow through all the hassle from Ah Sang till Faizal. At least so far all my defects are being fixed together with the leaked. Will start my renovation anytime next week

You can get back ur downpayment if ur loan rejected by 2 banks.

Thanks... i guess is never easy to get the reject letter. I will keep trying.

Good luck in getting the rejection. There are many other places worth the money you pay.
After all the hassles, problems, defects, etc this place is a bit peaceful and quiet now.
Many people have started moving in, JMB already change hand from developer.
Looking forward for JMB to carry out its duties responsibly, we all have their backs any time.
Many proposals and suggestions are coming regarding safety, hygienes, organization, general issues, etc
Let's all try to make this condo a nice and convenient place to stay for everybody.
