i tot by end of June? no worry ...as long as they can complete and the interior is fine rather than fast fast handover key but many defects?

actually it u search from GOOGLE map...

assume that Bukit Jalil stadium in the middle...

Parklane is at your 9pm posistion and AH is located at 6pm..

about 3-5km distance (straight cut)...

the Futsal beside tis Aman H always FULL one and quite happening...Security guard is ok...but sinking funds /maintanace fees very expensive lorrr..

RM180+- stand from sinking funds & maintanace fees...

i remember about Jan 2011... my tenant complaint to me... they said nearby Tuition center teacher... bring 2 Van of students then swim at our swimming pool.. then outsider can simply booked the Badminton court....

then next day i immediately call to Management office and complaint...how come i paid so expensive maintance fee then outsider come and bring ppl swim...

i think the most effective way to have a Strong JMB to control this type of situation....

Yup... now both Ah I & II can selling abt that price...

from the time i buying this... the 1st team Sales(in between at least change 2 teams of SA) ppl said they will have the new link to connect the KL-KLIA highway... ask us to fight & win in the Electon 2008...

but then Wins liao then...no news...have to wait the nearby developement to have better access... all developers at there must work together to create new access...

btw, the Serdang Plaza sec 5 will be Open soon... yeah...

and after Aman III completely sold out... the current showroom/Sales officer will demolish and migh be propse 3 storey shoplot... i hope Oldtown will open 1 frenchinse over there and attract nearby SuperLink Tenant come nyam cha....

U sure or not? Rm330k?? I thk AHI and AHII not much differences in term of price...if AHII at rm 330k...then AHI got rm310k liao...steady...
