How about Aman Heights VS Zeva suites ?

Should compare Zeva suites with City of Greens and The Sanderson. Both in Serdang and same price categories.

Aman height also at Serdang, SK ...but purely residential area..

Sold my AH I unit for 315k..1268 sqft, 2 carparks.compare to zeva ..ah is damn cheap

Zeva is leasehold and Aman Heights is freehold on highest elevated land in bukit serdang.

1. How long is the transaction of MOT and get your cheque? 3 months (since it is Freehold)?
2. Sell to Bumi or Chinese?

wah can compare meh? i thought our AH is purely for residential purpose only... but zeva is service apartment leh... some more jus opposite to jusco.. sure price good lor.. by the way any updates on the so call shop lot on the current show house there?

ya..finally..haha...they have some tea party for AH coming weeks right? just only sold, but from my previous experience for freehold it took about 3 months to complete but can further delay to another month which stated in SPA. Buyer is chinese.

Even if the bank can value to tat price....but will there be any buyer will buy? Actually for block A can sell this price, walle gor aledi laughing to the bank...

As for the duration for the process, it took me now 5 mths and still pending from signing the booking form. The lawyer tat ur buyer choose also make a difference. My 1 is damn fcuking slow!!!

As I checked left about 20 units .....

Most are 1268sqf...
Some at 23rd floor with 1238sqf available...

21 floor @ 1238 sqf still available @ RM372,800

Indeed 315k for Block A is consider very good price since the lauching price at that time are quite low.
What booking form?? Agent booking form or S&P?? You use buyer lawyer?? whose fault? buyer or seller or lawyer?
