Was asked to pay a huge sum of booking fees.

I will continue to post more ASAP regarding my "misfortune".

Now I'm a happy buyer of Platinum Victory Phase 6.

Added on October 30, 2011, 3:29 pmSomeone posted about the blacklisted company which is up to 31 July 2011. Now when I search again, up til 30th September, the developer is still in the list by Kementerian Perumahan.

I think that is exactly the same Unit that I booked and rejected. I got squeezed RM6k as a booking fees. That is why you got the discount (I think)

All I can say is - BEWARE of the salesman.
