err if you using Windows XP or Vista 32bit..
add /PAE key at boot.ini to enable 4gb ram..
else can read 3.5gb only.........

32-bit os sure can't fully utilize d 4gb ram no matter what tweak applied bro. eventhou windows/sw can read 4gb but doesn't necessarily mean all 4gb will be allocated for d os, there're some reserved for other peripherals iirc...

there's always an onboard temp probe (for cpu) mah...
