I got my phone from maxis gardens already and they have really screwed up the value plans..

I asked for multi-sim and told them that i will only consider ivalue2 if my secondary multi-sim can only receive data and not make calls.. so.. i'll be sharing the 1GB between the primary sim and secondary sim..

so.they told me, this can be done in 2 ways..
1. 1GB shared between primary n secondary sim
2. the secondary sim.. i will need to apply for unlimited data usage for another rm99...

so i told them i want option 1 and confirmed so many times..option 1.. and they also confirmed with me..

luckily my normal phone got problem when using the secondary sim.. so i called up maxis 123.. and surprisingly.. they told me that my secondary sim is using unlimited data rm99...
i told them no way.. ive told maxis gardens that I don't want that plan and yet they secretly activated it for me...
so.. luckily now maxis 123 deactivate the unlimited data so i would not be paying any that fee later..

Really pissed off with that maxis garden's staff.. freakin' unethical...

would you mind to tell when did you made your booking fee? i booked mine at the gardens as well on 1st of Aug and yet to receive any calls from them.. haizz..

Booked 27th.. paid 28th July.. I didn't receive any calls.. they sent sms instead...
they have the phones already.. they are sms'ing ppl one by one to collect it...

Booked mine @ Maxis Center Pavilion. Was there for about 1 1/2 hours or so swapping lines & swapping data contracts here & there... very confusing, but it's done. Now am just fiddling my iPhone. Next-up is case & screen protector...

I had booked an iPhone 3GS 32gb from maxis at 15th july and paid deposite at 17th july but until now i haven recieve any e-mail, sms, call from maxis nor apple yet... haiz... waited for so long... anyone haven get your iphone which booked in the early booking period?

oh.. i had a strange situation.. i booked my iphone on 1st Aug at the gardens roadshow and i paid the deposit on that day itself.. but i receive a sms which told me to pay rm200 deposit and they include the serial number in the sms as well la.. do anyone experience this before? or just me?

as mentioned in a few posts before this, Maxis did indeed receive the remaining 1st batch & part of 2nd batch i3gs. Pavilion had completed their 1st batch delivery with the exception of one person (overseas). Now they're distributing the 2nd batch. This is only for Pavilion. Not sure about others as Gardens, KLCC & TTDI seems pretty popular spots, hence the additional delays.

Same fate man, I booked on 15th and paid on the 18th, had to fight with maxis and the bimbo staffs at Shah Alam MEP, they "promised" my unit this week. Have you called the place where you booked?

ya,I also called maxis center for many many times due to Seremban Maxis centre don't have any phone number. In the early they always tell me my stock is ready i could go and collect, but every time i go they say they had no stock. They had "played" me for 4 times. Everytime I go also no stock, even though maxis center called me to collect. Lastly, I could not stand them anymore so i feedback to MAXIS, the sec day the manager of Maxis contact me and explained everything to me. After that another manager of maxis seremban contact me and will arrange my iphone asap but until now they never call me.

Hey Dude, Got a call just now, Finally I can collect mine TODAY, 32 Gig Black, but I told them I'm changing to prepaid, not taking their iValue anymore, and they're ok with it.

Anyone knows when we can buy the phone without booking? I heard after 3rd batch is it true?

If the stocks at Maxis and other Apple retailers are not available (shortage of stock), can someone get the iPhone 3GS models from Singapore from any of the retail shops at Low Yat Plaza? If yes - how much are they selling?

heard alot of ppl having problems with maxis due to the delivery of the iphone..

i booked mine as well 16GB iphone 3GS - iValue1 RM100 last 2 weeks ago ..paid deposit at KLCC which they having event for Iphone 3GS ...they promised that i can get the phone within 1 month.

hope it wont be delay ...coz i desperate want that phone right now coz my current hp spoil ledi -.-

err those sellers at LYP are selling 'em at exorbitant, cut-throat prices. 16GB can be priced at RM3300 or beyond that while 32GB can reach up to RM3.8-4K.

no...in singapore all iphones are available only thru Singtel...u cant even buy with those prepaid plan like malaysia..if u buy in those handphone shop...the price would be more than 1.4ksgd for 32gb...those r usually ppl buy n sell back to them..

btw i went to an apple shop in johor..they told me whole malaysia is out of stock for 3GS..is it true??he said i gonna wait 2months or more for the stock..sounds abit ridiculous to me..i cant really sign a contract in singapore due to my current one with other service provider...so the malaysia prepaid thingy was a great option for me..

Lucky you. Machines 1U is still lacking of 1 unit of 32gb black and its mine! Book and paid deposit late July. Till now still waiting.
