Rubbish food lah hertz.... please follow the food people recommend here. Only use high quality cat food that is low in fat. Don't simply give supermarket brands. If can, go for holistic.

If google, don't have such brand as hertz..... pet shop also selling alot of rubbish brands. You need to learn and read ingredients to judge which is good for your pets. Don't believe what pet shop says, all they want is to make a sale, have less stock in their hands and want your money.

Got hedgehog food in market, 8 in 1.... but I don't use.

Brands that I trust are RC, Addiction, Innova Evo, Go Natural, Blackwood, EaglePack.

Don't mix the RC32 with the worms. Only give mealworms as treats.

Never feed catfood that are cheap... like Friskies, Whiskas.... or Alpo.... or those that do alot of commercials, like IAMS.... apparently alot of health problems happen to hedgehogs eating such food. Last time Reanne had 1 hedgie given to her, the previous owner only feed Whiskas.... poo always green I think..... that was some time ago so I can't remember.

meal worm say about 3-4 every 3-4 days. Hedgehogs are carnivorous so they do not actually eat fruits. But some hedgies do actually eat fruits. Mine just sniffs it and walks away. One way of getting fruits to the hedgie's system is but gutloading your mealworms with fruits prior to feeding it to the hedgehog.
