salt fish can tahan becoz it's preserved already. tht's why we called it 'salt' fish.

U got study science right, i only agree if u use vacuum container, then can keep vege/fruits as fresh as newly bought..not any container that can also bring that same effect.

Ya, u keep vege in a milo tin then store in fridge..u can still eat the vege after a week. but, after 7days, the vege in the 'milo tin' definitely would not be as fresh as i freshly bought from the market.

I learned science and I think you are wrong. Lets say you keep keropoks in an air-tight container, can you prevent it from getting soft? Even after 1 month? Same thing goes for kibbles. No matter what kind of tin/container you put em into, they will get soft after a period of time ie about 3-4 months and you want to try to keep for 2 years?

As i told you, being busy is not an excuse for not trying to provide the essentials for your hedgie.

maximum u can keep is 3-4 months...tat's maximum...1year is too crazy and risky to take...u said ur daddy agree on keeping hedgie...so ask ur dad to drive u

if don hav petshop around, order online lo.. pay bit postage..

In this world, usually there are only two things that u can do, either u put in ur own effort (take bus/ask ur dad to bring u/etc) OR pay extra (for shipping fees)..

Whatever it is.. as i said, either u put in ur effort go by taxi, buses or walk... or u pay more for shipment..

haha..i nvr use the 2kg wan... i only use 400g one since i start keeping kenken..

-___- so you expect kibbles to be dried? As in, without water kind of dry? FYI, kibbles are not dried in the sense that they do not contain any water molecules. I believe every hedgie owner here knows that kibbles have this oily/sticky surface on it. So next time, don't try to correct someone if you dont know the facts yet. And just accept the information tat its best (or more like you cant) not to store kibbles for that long!!

It's okay. Since you are already aware that kibbles' freshness cant be maintained, but still insist on keeping it for 1 year, go ahead. No one can put a stop to that.

Your immaturity will only result in the suffering of your hedgie.
