You have to dig though...

The print is gloss laminated, and the back surface has adhesive which works when water is applied. Gloss is not encouraged as the bubbles will be obvious especially if you're not careful when applying it on the metal plate. Matte ones like Mike's look better, is more resistant to scratches and is more durable in general.

The corner edge peeled due to the accumulated sweat which pooled to that area, I suppose - which loosed the adhesive. This was after it was played by the general public during the Mid Valley marathon. That's just the visible area. The bottom and back part of the metal plate is now full of rust, but I hope it doesn't eat in before I take out the sandpaper and buy anti-rust, once the plexi arrives.

Well, nothing like a 'breaking-in' session, just like you do to a new car engine, right?


Hey thanks - I leeched the artwork off the SRK TE/SE Mod thread, there's plenty of really nice ones there. .PSD files can also be opened with GIMP and it's free unlike Photoshop. I am still looking for a nice artwork to replace this temp one - I am thinking of making one myself based on graphics from Deviantart. That place is a heaven!

printing not a problem, i think u can go print at any printing shop or if u really don't have contact, i can pass u my friends number who did my art. Regarding the charges or design or anything u can deal direct with him, he is a friendly guy

As for artwork, as rawfish mentioned devianart.com is heaven !!! but there are quite a lot samples in SRK Tech Talk forum as well. Or the simplest solution Google Image !!

i dont know whether RM5 printing at SS15 last time was the cheapest or not. Print on white background adhesive material & put the matte or glossy laminate, ur choice. i forgot the shop name & i left the card at home. i'll post the shop name once i'm home...
