its possible, the 2nd guy who comes out with the ultra has an advantage (depends on what character of course)
if your case, a mirror match with ryu, his metsu if execute with correct timing, he can hit u with his ultra.

I've done that b4~~sometimes, the 2nd ryu will get the first hit of the metsu, the rest of the hadoukens will cancel each other and you will get hit by the last hadouken instead and fall. Ask keen2keen, I did that and he went jaw dropped LOL

So far in LYN forums, TE for RM650 I only know of 1 person

P1 very subjective, wireless its still area dependent
