bcoz my ex-SXSP 16 with RM5k can beat unit in term of speaker,design,GC & overall Perfromance & warranty + services ^^

this is really an affordable gaming notebook. i've been trying to customize dell's 14 studio/inspiron but afterall only asus have a 14' gaming laptop with an affordable price which dells 14 would easily lead me to 2.5k> after customizing the graphic's card! i think ppl might turn their eye on this little machine very soon as it's more portable (>2kg considered light to me and smaller in size too) than studio 15.

im looking for a light gaming subnotebook (light weight and long battery life) actually, but this caught mah eye so easily and i'm really tempting to examine the notebook by myself!

Added on July 2, 2009, 12:19 pmyup, it is light n it has a nice body colour tat look like carbon fibre. Battery life, if refer the site, it mention about 6 hours. 6 hours of battery b4 kong thx to the cooling architecture in the notebook.

ya.. b4 the purchase i also struggle between studio & K40.. but check back the spec, warranty given, n quality, i must admit i prefer Asus. I'm also using Dell precision M4400, but the quality of the casing, it like a pc of junk plastic but the core is okay la. K40 more solid & better feeling when touch on it

Why there is no new model with P8600 processor? Even the K series. Does T6500 and P8600 have much differemce in term of performance?

N50vn, N51VF, X61SL, W90 ... all this still cannot satisfy you ?
Since you are so rich, why don't you just go for W90 which can fulfill most of your requirement in terms of spec.

Due to there are lesser demand in Malaysia for those high end models which you can easily find them in oversea, this is why Asus Malaysia or Asus supplier never bring in much model for high end spec.
Easy, just leave your budget here and all of us will recommend you which model you want to go for.
Or if you really interested with any oversea model, just buy it then.

To my understanding, T series and P series processor, the difference is the power consumption for each processor.
35watt and 25watt respectively.

I send my laptop to the malacca service centre ..
after almost 2 weeks .. guess what ?

I cant switch on without using charger ..
I can switch on with charger .. I put on my lap .. goyang a bit .. it freezes ..
I put on a chair .. switch it on .. it freezes again

After that I switch off my laptop .. went to my lect office to show my Java program .. and it can be switch on without battery .. ok .. now i really piss off with the Asus technician who "service" my laptop .. u can suck my tit !!

and now .. I cant switch on my laptop at all (with / without charger).. Even if i can .. i wonder when the freezes nightmare go away ..
