The only thing I like doing is dips. I pretty much hate every other part of my routine at the gym.

This ain't a "ask about his squat poundage" thread.

Pull up and dips.
Because pull up makes your body looks good with a huge nice V shape, even if you don't have lats.
And because dips gives me a crazy pump in my pecs that no other exercises have can do it for me.

I like pullups too, recently begun doing wide-grip pullups.

My favourite is the dumbell press, worked my way till to the end of the bottom rack of weights at my gym, using proper form too. thumbup.gif

"I don't do things that I don't like." Forgot who said this but damn right he's right.

However, there are some exercises that I just love to do:

Deadlifts - Awesome pump at the end of every set.
Hammer curls with rope - My biceps feel like they're on fire by the end of my fourth drop-set.
Calf exercises - Nothing like seeing them calves get pumped into bulls!
Pulldowns - Ever since I managed to get the mind muscle connection right for this it's become one of my fave moves.
Cable lateral raises - Favourite exercise for the shoulders.

I like to do benchpress both barbells and dumbbells.

Why? Because this is one of the weights training I better at.

I like shoulder press with barbells too.

I dislike using the smith machines though for any exercises (personal preference)

According to your profile, you are from Romania. Excellent MJ concert in Bucharest. Also, the last time I met a Romanian lady, she could speak good English. Is she an exception to the general English understanding of Romanians?

As the title says, "Favorite exercise" Nobody asked you about your favorite bodypart.

the best exercise for me is flat dumbell bench press. I like it because I want to make my pec bigger. Now a little flat. btw, chest is the bigger muscle. You should like it

2nd best is dumbell shoulder press. I sux at lateral raise. Even 10 pound, i found it hard to raise.

3rd best. Cable tricep extension. I like the pump from it.

no it is useless.

you have to use 2.49kg and do 5set by 99times

by doing so, you will add an inch to your biceps btw 1 week.

if you train consistently in 1 month, you can add 4 inch to your biceps

and you can walk outside proud with your 2 gun

and remember to consume at least 1g protein of your bodyweight per day

Well lets see, the exercise I hate most is the bicep curl, lateral raises and other similar movements.

I always like a nice session of back squats or pulls.

I'm suck in bench press too, lawl! But squat is okay.

I've found the reason why, my form was wrong. Not until I train my arms bigger, especially tricep.
