This is my most fav Ex for tricep,

can feel the tricp poping out, hehehehe

Cable Tricep Extension (pull Down)

Exercise Data
Main Muscle Worked: Triceps

deadlift..luv it....now deadlifting around 110kg x 6

but im suck at benching and squat....how hard i try..cannot go heavier...

hi guys im begginer here ^^

is it useful if i use 2.5kg dump bell do 70 times and 3 sets for biceps?

any recommendations? for begginers?

No use using so lightweight "dump bell"... with so many reps. shakehead.gif

no it is useless.

you have to use 2.49kg and do 5set by 99times

by doing so, you will add an inch to your biceps btw 1 week.

if you train consistently in 1 month, you can add 4 inch to your biceps

and you can walk outside proud with your 2 gun

and remember to consume at least 1g protein of your bodyweight per day

no, u cant do it every day, you must do it every eight hours in the day, that means 3 times per day
as if you rest more than 8 hours, your muscle cant be grow

Well lets see, the exercise I hate most is the bicep curl, lateral raises and other similar movements.

I always like a nice session of back squats or pulls.

I'm suck in bench press too, lawl! But squat is okay.

I've found the reason why, my form was wrong. Not until I train my arms bigger, especially tricep.
