Shutter, not really.
The Exorcist, Rosemary's Baby and Ringu, yes, they are the pioneer in their own sub-genre.
I'd put Alien in Shutter's place here.

thai's horror movies actually ain't that bad... for this era la...

but as the trends go on... u'll definitely sick and tired of it.

just like the korean horror movies... all the same tactics but only different themes. boring.

28 days later is gory but not scary. ewww!!!

I prefer horror movies that does not use blood and gore to scare. Or even better...very few or no one dies at all.
Kinda like The Orphanage, The Sixth Sense, and Paranormal Activity.

Just finished watching Wrong TUrn 3.....not so good but love the gore in it.

Just bought The Hills Have Eyes (1977) n The Hills Have Eyes Part 2 (1985), will watch both tonight.

Anywayz any1 felt disturbed after watchin exorcism of emily rose? I tink tat film's rely disturbing in many ways...I actually fell sick after watching tat movie coz couldn't sleep well.

Not really for me its just an interesting movie moreover they advertise that it contains the real sound recording of satan or bad omen brows.gif ........nowadays quite hard to find a horror movie that really scare u ...Any recommendations

As for me, i think, because i have watched to much horror movies until now, none of the new horror movies these days really scared me sweat.gif

Looks abit fake but overall are ok.

My bf and I quite enjoy the movie though.
