concerts some 79 and some 170+ not in the promo. i think only movies. seems like price and promo similar to speedy

Anyone knows which concerts are available? There are no concerts in Speedys in Kuching...very sad.

wait for it drop further.... not very fancy about the story line, but the 3D effect is damnnn STUNNING besides the sound.

the opening sequence (review say feathers only )
- notice the rooster, three in a row( it really stands out, very 3 dimensional like its protuding out the LCD.....(1st thought really want to catch it)

- the indi car especially the blue one, when its racing towards you, its like shooting its head out ( run... take shelter.. haha )

notice this extra ordinary phenomena in 2 similar sony 50" LCD Projection TV,( using uncle ho's DVD produce only) havent tried on LCD yet.

Just would like to add a few things :-

1) Speedy B2G1F promo - It SHOULD be for ALL outlets (yes, including Ipoh) as I have called their HQ. , though not all display the promo. You have to ASK them ...

2) Its NOT for all titles, just those from Fox and ..errr.. another one.

3) Those RM79.90 concerts (Foster, Buble & Groban only) are apparently from Warner and only Warner has this intro offer (forget about Celine, etc). Those interested might want to check out Victoria Music Ctr first as they are selling it at RM75 only. Buy above RM100 got rebate some more!

4) Video EZY - Yes, only Sg Wang has those offer. Went to Tmn Tun and they are selling the usual RM149 and RM114 plus FREE black face from the cashier. As someone mentioned, check out their online RM104 BDs.

Now, I want to ask :-

Local BDs sold here - those without the 'Imported' stickers, are these locally made or what? Any difference fr the US/UK ones? (Besides being more expensive and the lack of in-box materials like Booklets?)

as far as i know all BRD, DVD, CD are all prepacked in speedy, (mean they have to insert in their anti theft security barcoding),when you pay, they will remove the barcoding inside.

actually, for testing, very much depends on the sales or cashier attiude,
so far they tested Cd's for me, as for BRD's havent tried, as they have no BD Player....haha

Those bds sold by speedy at Jusco (Kinta city) are different from their US releases. For example the backcover of Qos is different from their us counterpart. I think it meant for HK mart. Not all bd sold by them are from US. Most of them are for HK and UK mart. David Foster: Hitman and Micheal Bubble: Caught in act bds sold by them are manufacture in EU. I heard the one sold by Amazon US are different from Speedy. Heard the PQ and AQ are better than speedy one. Don't know how truth is it?
