For that one, you basically can setup online then go direct debit, you will get charged rm1 for transaction, afterward before or either 27th there will potongan debit

No, i mean it just one time charge, so the system may know which bank acc and bank no to deduct the ptpn fee for every month. Yeah, you might maximise like 10% then final month of disc you can get 15% for 50% of loan repayment.

PTPTN will try direct debit on next date of that month.. direct debit happen on each month by either 1st, 10th or 27th..

Hi gurus, I have my direct debit running since 2020 and everything was fine up till yesterday when I discovered there is an arrear of RM99 which I paid off after finding out about it.

Tried to reach out to their staff but they could only tell me I do not have any arrears.

Just wanted to see if anyone had similar situation or knows whats going on. Otherwise will have to monitor from time to time.

Mar-23 already deducted my savings account, but until today no discount received. Understand it should be reflected by end of the month.

paid my full settlement last month however there is still some balance in my statement after ledger update.

Maybe it will take another month to close the loan account.
