Anyone's statement (Penyata Baki Terperinci) shown the discount for April already?

By right the online statement should shown the discount at the last day of each month, but still not appear yet in my statement.

The discount already reflected in my statement.

Would like to seek advise.

I have submitted my ptptn online application first time. After that I found 2 errors in my particulars.

Can I buy a new pin and submit again or I wait for kemaskini after approve?

Out of curiosity, to those who qualify to get full exemption from PTPTN repayment (first class graduates), does this mean the whole PTPTN record will disappear from that person’s CCRIS? As good as the loan never took place?

I saw the 15% discount for direct debit start from 14oct 2023, but i check my transaction there is no discount given. Im have scheduled direct debit with ptptn leh. How come like that..

Very con job this ptptn, early this year also ghe diskaun 15%/5%, jan to march didnt give, then give 2 month, on may give diskaun not full amount.. shit need call them to clarify. Really cannot trust these civil servant do thing.

Ok the budget 2023 only 3 month, but the amount discount i get is 15% not 2% pun. I had been on direct debit since start repayment. They owes like to pee on ppl who pay on time

Hi guys, I recently checked my CCRIS and noticed I have ptptn arrears of 4 months starting in Dec 2022 even tho I've applied for deferment to study my masters in Nov. Any ideas whats going on?

4 month arrears starting in dec 2022 and froze(?) since May 2023 at 4mths

Looking at ptptn statements I see 4 upah charge (Dec, Jan, Feb March)





Is this normal to pay for upah even after deferment? but why just 4 month? I'm planning to go to PTPTN to clarify but would like to know if anyone could clarify this? Is it my fault? I paid 800 (4mth installment) today in panic.

Hi guys, did anyone know how do I check my PTPTN Loan Number since the old PTPTN website has been shut down. I can't find the Loan Number from the new myPTPTN apps.

And also where/how do I apply for the exemption for First Class Honours because the old official website has been shut down also.
