Hello. I have a few question

But first, below are the basic info to my question
I am following a 8 Semester degree

/ = Receive PTPTN fund
x = No PTPTN

Semester 1 /
Semester 2 /
Semester 3 x
Semester 4 /
Semester 5 x
Semester 6 /
Semester 7 /
Semester 8 /

Per my contract, I should have received PTPTN funds for 8 semester, but currently I am receiving only 6/8 Semester funding,

I am at Semester 8 currently, and will be extending to the 9th Semester.

So what should I do?
Can I extend my "pembiayaan" because theoretically I didn't claim that 2 semester because of low GPA?

Wanted to check my ptptn but when I tried to log in just now, it just kept leading me back to the login page even though I have keyed in the correct No. KP and No. PIN...anyone facing the same issue? Or is it just me?

Hello. I have a problem, I think.

So I submitted all the needed documents to my Uni's office on 6/3 after PTPTN confirmed my initial application (We deal with UTP office, they deal with PTPTN). Bcoz I remembered about it just today, I went to check PTPTN website and it says 'Tamat Pembiayaan'. What.

Attached is printscreen of the problem. Any one have any idea whats going on?

Might be something wrong with the documents I sent, I think. Don't remember anything wrong with it tho.

Something is wrong with my PTPTN. I graduated officially on August 2014 (based on my certificate). By right, I should only start paying 6 months after which is supposed to be February 2015.

But today, I was told by banker that my CCRIS shows that I did not pay for 25 months. I went to check my PTPTN statement online and indeed they start charging me since July 2013. How can this be possible?

From February 2015 to current date, I have paid around 6 or 7 times. When do they start counting the official date of my pay back? I thought it is supposed to be 6 months after graduation.

Can I make a complain to PTPTN about this? My housing loan was rejected by bank due to this reason. I was asked to clear my total outstanding (RM41k) in order to clear it off CCRIS. Any bayaran for tertunggak will not help my case at all according to banker.

What other ways can I do now?

hi all, i graduated since 2014 and start making payment for my degree loan til now. My balance left 10k and i wish to loan for my 2nd diploma, is that possible for me to obtain 2nd loan? or i have to clear all my debts beforehand?
