Hi gurus, I have my direct debit running since 2020 and everything was fine up till yesterday when I discovered there is an arrear of RM99 which I paid off after finding out about it.

Tried to reach out to their staff but they could only tell me I do not have any arrears.

Just wanted to see if anyone had similar situation or knows whats going on. Otherwise will have to monitor from time to time.
