Hmm, it seems that Vodafone NZ will not sell iPhone 3GS outright from retail store, only online store will sell it outright

yup, im pretty bummed out as well coz i want one before i go back to jb. wonder if my boss (who is quickly turning into the biggest ******* in the world) would let me get one outright.

Y don't U check with him and hope he'll allow U to get one but if there are policies to adhere to it's going to be quite difficult right?! Can't U just get it ordered online and delivered to U before U leave for JB? Or is timing that bad?!

It's not a big difference so might as well wait; only then we can tell if it's competitive in its pricing But thus far, AU sets seems to be the best in terms of price.

i have to agree.... pricing for iphone 3gs at Australia is really cheap as i know over here in malaysia it would be rm300+- difference.....

so thats y ive order via my friend over there... she'll be buying the phone hopfully this saturday....

There's no point speculating until Maxis releases their pricing, right?! And who knows? Maxis might just surprise all of us

most prolly if im getting, i will be getting the white, to differentiate btwn the 3G n the 3Gs, 3G for singtel, and 3GS for maxis line

no wor, he sold his 16gb i think, too lo? but he got it for a far cheaper price, and used it for like 9 moons already

the problem im facing now is wen i go spore, i cannot fully utilise my line, from last year till now, i never really used the free data service b4, go spore only, no data access, cos lazy to switch the cards to the iphone, my pariah bodolora v3 no 3g

i already had enough surprise from m*x*s when they launching iphone 3G. I doubt they will give us surprise this time....

RM2.5k is possible if U haf friends coming back from AU for the 16GB version otherwise I'm quite positive it's not going to be enough.

U meant during launch day?? Yeah most probably they will offer the postpaid users first.

anyways, a simple calculation has made me realize that it is cheaper to buy from australia than here... but the waranty.... have to send back over there lor.....

If U haf people coming back from AU then get it from there but if ur going to have to ask too many people for favours, U might as well bite it and get it from here; the local warranty can be pretty handy
