I actually wanted to get a new Dell monitor from the Trade Section but since this problem is still unresolved, I'm showing my support by boycotting. I guess it's a Samsung 2033SW for me now. Good luck!

For those that is not aware, DELL is being forced by the Taiwain gov to honour their deals for error in pricing recently.

But i don't think our gov here will bother to do anything...

This is about honouring a deal and standing for your rights. People like you are the type that let the gov to walk all over you and you still vote for the blardy BN. Wimps.

andrekua u damn flamebait~

anyway, dell sales department tends to screw up alot...

it's the same old formula/story on sales orientated companies where sales department can get away with most things, since they're the ones generating visible/direct income~

i bump into similar situation before... haihz... i avoid buyin dell stuff nowadays thats on the hot market item category if possible

LOL @ both of you.

You dont need an accountant to tell you what is worthy of pursuing and whats not. Few hundreds ringgit of trouble is just not worth crying for. Its as simple as that. BTW, I vote for PKR, you nuts. I guess its useless explaining to some kiasu who cant get over over few hundreds even though they themselves are well aware of the situation that might occur when they were busy ordering this item because their greed prevail over their sense.

Please keep this thread clean and with relevant replies. Thank you.

I just got a letter from the Trade and Consumer Affairs Office in Penang. They're looking into the complaint and forwarded the request to the relevant enforcement agency to probe further.
Will update.

Wow, I think this is a serious problem ! ! !

Does you all mean that Dell is fraud against you all ???

It's bad to hear that . . .

Anyway, thanks for sharing.
