I actually wanted to get a new Dell monitor from the Trade Section but since this problem is still unresolved, I'm showing my support by boycotting. I guess it's a Samsung 2033SW for me now. Good luck!

For those that is not aware, DELL is being forced by the Taiwain gov to honour their deals for error in pricing recently.

I just got a letter from the Trade and Consumer Affairs Office in Penang. They're looking into the complaint and forwarded the request to the relevant enforcement agency to probe further. Will update. |
