@Putraskyline, I do believe we could always make our best friends or close friends our supplementary cardholder; it doesn't necessarily need to be just relatives.
@winner, Yes Amex MR points are, at the moment evergreen.

@mzaidi, I don't think there's anything for U to worry about; unless of course U need the RM150 to be 'released' because CL is up?! *chuckles*

@mzaidi, I don't think U need to worry about paying back within 24hrs of using the CC. As good practice, just make sure you clear your bill in full at the end of the month; before the statement is due.
Also, in my years of using CC, I've never had problems with bank holding onto additional $ when I pump petrol; it's never affected my spending limit nor my CL.

@Shinichi, That's exactly what we all mean! @arsenal, In this case, it is NOT 0%. Personally I prefer to pay cash instead of going for instalment plans; that's like cheating urself! kEKekkeke This post has been edited by tinkerbel: Jun 21 2009, 02:46 PM

@arsenal, Er.. no I wouldn't equate it with forced savings; that's more like EPF @Syd G, Are U eligible for FOC Snow Leopard upgrade then?! Anyhow, I'm quite sure U'll have no regrets on the MBP purchase of urs. I switched from Windows to Mac in Jan 2007 and have never looked back since

@Syd G, I believe you're making the right choice in paying full when the statement comes. As to the MBP, go ahead and enjoy it

@MilesAndMore, Just contact the CS and tell them your card is faulty. It should be replaced for you FOC @Shinichi, Btw are U aware of Citibank's new policy of reissuing new CCs? Assuming you're a previous CC holder with them and cancelled your card, U will need to wait out a cooling period of 1 year before any new cards from Citibank will / can be approved. @alexwsk, If the chip doesn't work it just doesn't work, so if U need to change it 10 times U need to change it 10x

@genkis3, I believe principal and supp cardholders both have the same cap limit; and it shouldn't be separate for supp holders, meaning, RM600 for both combined principal and supp cardholders.
Can someone confirm the above?!

@FD2r, Oh.. thank U for the clarification. Sorry, I shouldn't have said anythign cause I'm really not as big as some of u guys into this card Also, if that's the case, then the RM600 cap should be applicable based on p/card basis. This post has been edited by tinkerbel: Jun 23 2009, 12:01 PM

@jack2, Er.. what discrepancy are we talking about here? That you're suddenly slapped with a CC bill from SCB??! *grins*
Normally banks do send out the letters to tell you that you've been declined but perhaps it takes a little while longer? *shrugs*

@jack2, Er... I haven't heard of any cases whereby an applicant who'd been declined received a bill due to fraud instances.
I think you have nothing to worry about.

@he-sham, It should be a separate credit line since the existing card is a Business CC.

@he-sham, Sorry I can't seem to find the information either; I did manage to find the one from OCBC Singapore though. Perhaps U could give them a call. Y are U thinking of applying for so many CCs? @alexwsk, Thanks for the clarification on the shared limit This post has been edited by tinkerbel: Jun 24 2009, 11:21 AM

@knight_kriss, U could alwiz try - but do U even have the actual email add to write to? You could always call them up and speak with them following your email to them. That would ensure they got the cancellation instructions.
