their updating system always slow.. important is you will receive today or not. If sent out yesterday then today should receive.. so wait 1st.. still got whole day until 4pm

hey,i just bough an electric guitar yesterday,around 8kg,pos laju cost around rm50-80...when will it arrive??

it's safe,yet still have own risk...
if package missing,i think you only can claim about rm200 from them~

in my experience, there were no missing package

Poslaju is quite safe, never had an experience of missing parcel.

Checked my tracking no online. It said that my item has arrived at the processing center (Puchong PPL), at 6:30 am 2nd November 2011. Just wondering when should be the latest I should receive the item, or should I call the center.

i think pos laju puchong area is very slow doing thing.i check the tracking code it say attempt delivery.till now my customer not even got his parcel

it's the same everywhere. Pos Laju is just slow in updating their tracking. if the tracking code still says attempting delivery after that 1 day, and your customer hasn't received the parcel yet, contact Pos Laju to find out immediately whether the parcel was delivered/attempt to be delivered.

sometimes my if my husband free he will drop by their HQ , and you can get the parcel within 1 days or if lucky the Pos van haven't collect the parcel you can get it directly in few house if you are staying around KL or klang valley area. It's happen few time

I would like to ask how much isit if I wanted to deliver item using Post Daftar with weight less than 500gram ?

Do I need to wrap it with brown paper ? Isit ok if I use plastic bag to wrap it ?
