Anyone here experience before send things by using Poslaju to Genting Highland? I have a customer live at there, I wanna send things to her..

it's kinda dangerous to use pos express cuz no signature needed. try calling pos malaysia and check with them...

just called them this morning, and they say they dont know where the address they sent to, but they only know the recipient name, which is Andy, that is what according to the pos malaysia customer service center

but my name is not andy, i have confirm with the sender, he say he sent to me, to my address and is my name

Pos express didn't require signature from receiver so it is hard to get back your item now. should have use poslaju

it is just the backplate of the motherboard because the seller forget to put it together and send to me that time

then Pos daftar will be safer. even slower but still need signature ..

have a problem here as a registered poslaju user. As they are providing us the plastic flyers with different sizes at the moment our registration is approved. But now, no matter how i attempt, via email, via call, telling them i need the flyer in the biggest and medium size, but i never been entertained... =(
Each time i called, they said, okay, they will send to me the next time i request for pick up service. But until today, i have N times pick-up services but i never got the flyers i requested...what should i do? =(

omg....just now pos laju call me they say the pos express that is mailed to me has been sent to C-11-09 address instead of mine, i find the owner of the house but they say they didn't received any letters this week and last week

the sender that send the pos express to me wrote C-112-09 for the recipient address

just now call pos laju service center they say they never update my report and can't help much, then they give me my local pos laju headquarter number but is the wrong number

what can i do now?

pos express ah? could be possible sent to wrong house because pos express without receiver signature

try call kuantan poslaju check for it if you really busy not in house try arrange sometime where posmen can make delivery whenever you at house

posmen lazy to come up your building? haha then it make undelivered:(

their system update is not real time. possible delay of status update sometimes they only can check from their internal system

delayed update problem sires:)

call 1300 300 300 to check sometimes they can check from their internal system where it never public on the website

need sometimes 1-2 days maybe
