For me.. normally 1 to 2 days... not more than 2 days..

same 1.30pm-5pm?

until 4pm or 5pm kua.. last time my parcel arrived around 4pm on saturday... but depend on the postman

2)When writing the value of the item,do you write the exact amount of how much it cost?Because i'm scare if i write the exact amount the pos men will steal it ><

3)So i'm using my own mailing bag,then i bring the form n da bag dere,dey will stick the form on the mailing bag rite?

just now called the main customer care center and said will buat serahan hari ini.
now called the local office again, they said on Monday.

Saturday they wan fast fast pang kang... Monday work full day..

Poslaju centre work hours end at 7pm but for poslaju counter in post office they will close at 5pm.

hi,if I'm going to send many stuffs to my customers,can I take or straight away buy the forms from Pos Laju and fill the forms at home then only I send the stuffs on the other days? First time using this service so I have no idea on this..

yes u can take the forms from pos laju back home to fill the forms then post next time.. and the forms are free.. u don't have to pay for the form.. u just have to pay postage

Just receive my seller send me the Pos trace number.But i cant trace the item.It keep say record no found.worry now!!!

Recently, I notice they do not update the tracking number that quickly..

In the last month, I need my customers to tell me that they have received item but it is not even update online.. Why don't you see if you receive the item tomorrow rather than scaring yourself by checking constantly tonight.. ^o^
