hey do poslaju provide cardbox or do i have to get it myself?

last time poslaju do have sell poslaju boxes but now i'm not sure.. there are a few sizes, price differs according to size.
but u can only get them from selected poslaju center. .. and i dono where
Pos office don't have

so better get box yourself

Ok I need to ask a question here.
I have a prospective buyer that wants his item to be there guaranteed before chinese new year.

I will be posting it on the 31st January, Monday morning at Ikano Power Centre post office, cannot post any earlier.
Now which service poslaju or any other courier service that can guaranteed that this item blu-ray will not weight more than 500 gram will arrive before CNY which falls on the 03/02
Buyer is in Sarawak, address is lundu town district 94500, Lundo Sarawak about 90 km away from Kuching.

normally post to east malaysia by poslaju will take 1 to 2 days to arrive. Depend on post mood too.. sometimes arrive next day but sometimes arrive 2 days later... all courier almost the same. if really scared can't make it must post earlier. or u have to tell your customer to prepare for delay

If Poslaju...it'll take bout 2-3 working days if counted in the day the sender send it out to you though. Either receive it by tomorrow or the next day.

hi guys, I need to ask about poslaju. I'm quite confuse now and since this is first time using poslaju service.

Here's the situation: I order camera filter few days ago and the seller send it using poslaju, then I didn't check the track record because I though the item will be sent directly to my home. Then I just realize that I need to collect it on counter delivery petaling jaya.

My question is: I'll be going overseas this early morning before the post office itself open, and will be back malaysia again around march. I think I'll ask somebody else to collect the item, do I need some id to provide / is there any regulation in post office if somebody else collect the item?

Write a surat beri kuasa, attached along with your IC and the delivery note.
Just in case not enough, ask your friend/family bring along your TNB/Telekom bill for them to double check address.
That should do it.

thanks for the info mate. Actually I'm going to ask my sister to help me. Then do you know where is "PPL PETALING JAYA" office? In my track record, it only state this office name, it didn't state any address where I should go and I check in petaling jaya there is a lot of office there.

PPL refers to poslaju center, not normal post office.
Contact Customer Service to find out exact location at
1-300-300-300 (local) or 603-2727 9100 Monday - Saturday ( except 1st Saturday of the month and Public Holidays )
