Used thier tracking system

no number found wor! in thier system
tried multiples times already!

2 days ago but did the receiver received the parcel? better ask the receiver 1st.. the tracking system sometimes no update

Useless tracking system we have.
Always not updated yet.

mine is the same..tried it since last afternoon..cannot retrieve anything..gosh..

Just wait for the parcel 1st.. if receiver have not received the parcel after 2 working days then call the hotline to ask if their system have not update yet..

But the hotline also kinda useless... They will just track from website .. if the website said no exist , they will just say no exist...

U have to scold them and send them the poslaju slip to their email then only they investigate and take 2 days to reply...

Normally they will reply after receiver received the parcel already...

they're slow in updating data
what u can do now is,call poslaju center
and give them tracking num,let em check ..

its the same iinm. the check using the way we check

recently i'am using a lot of pos express service,as i know their pos express tracking system currently down,maybe same goes to other service too coz a lot of people complain about cant tracking here and there,
@k-bkeat: their checking system is different with us,when their tracking system down you guys can track it by contact Pos customer service and they usually can provide the location of you guys parcel, that is normally as i know

hoho i had wait my thingy from HongKong for 2 week but not arrive yet...
i search the track number in poslaju but not found...
but i search in hongkongpost got...

if wan to receive next day have to post before 3pm.

Oh thanks, i am finding someone in Johor can do delivery to my hotel with my parcel, i got an urgent parcel. Sadly no one can provide this service. Thanks for the answers about Post Laju.

actually, they're upgrading their system.. but it shall have been done by 15th December.. i wonder why it still upgrading.. hiz.....

Today I email to ask them about 1 of the parcel... Gave them the tracking number and the pos slip attached...

Then they replied about the status and I tried track online then can track already... 1st cannot track.. after asked them then they update

yes.. they work half day on Saturday. Except 1st Saturday and public holiday
