multiple items send to one address - count separately since you have to use multiple delivery slips

I was buying an item from a shop online. I'd like to ask when will I get my item. If they use pos laju(from west malaysia to east malaysia) and will send out the item on Monday, when can I receive the item? goshh need the item so badly this Tuesday on 21st December. I really hope I can get the item the next day they send out the item.

Normally will receive the next day after posted. but sometimes will delay to 2 or 3 days. its depend on the poslaju too.

I got posted many parcels to east malaysia at the same days.. some of them receive the next day. but some wait until 2 days

I received my makeup palette 2days ago and it was so damage till even the casing break. T.T
Seller did wrap it in very good condition ady and sign 'fragile' but still...........
I'm wondering can I complain or do what to Poslaju?
Or just admit that I'm pretty unlucky? Lol! ><''

Maybe you should have taken some photos with your digicam when you took delivery of the item in question to use as evidence when making a complain or a claim.

feel sorry for u dear sad.gif ... i think u should complain to them.. if its usable then still ok but this is not acceptable cos all can't be use properly.. take photos of the items from the 1st time u received the parcel until u open up and see the palette is damaged.

Email to them.. complain and see what they will say... atleast better than keep quiet and accept it

u can use E-Parcel. E-Parcel is same with registered post. yes, the postman will deliver to her door step no matter how heavy it is.. unless the guard of that condo do not allow him to go up lo..

e-parcel takes longer time to deliver the item.. its not fast... but cheaper than poslaju.

if wan fast then Pos laju is better

hi... this is my first time doing a bulk on LYN... so... icon_question.gif

once i get the items ready to be sent, i will have 33 packages, which im still wondering how should i bring it to poslaju office alone..

i noticed poslaju have on-demand pickup, and im interested to use it, but what should i prepare?

-im sending shirts, so should i pack each shirt in a box or just leave the shirt in the transparent plastic 'reseal-able' packing it came in?
-my friend told me that poslaju have their own plastic bags (yes, i've received them before) but how should i pack my shirts first?
-do i request for the plastic bags when i call them for pick up?
-how should i label the packages? should i stick a big label with NAME, ADDRESS, CONTACT on the packaging or after putting it in the poslaju plastic bag?
-how do i request for the consignment notes? do i fill it in myself or will they fill it in for me according to the label i stick on the packages?
-do they bring a weighing machine to my address to weigh each package before they estimate the cost to ship each item?

if i were to bring everything to the poslaju office myself, should i get consignment notes before i go there?

-im requesting for 33 packages, will they give me so many if i plan to come back the next day after i filled in every form? what about plastic bags?

...long questions i know... thanks to anyone who replies notworthy.gif

Omg la, now i relook at your pics only i saw the price.  doh.gif myself.

thumbup.gif Thanks for sharing.

So, let me understand this. On top of the price of the box, still have to pay for ordinary poslaju charges according to their weight/volumetric weight??

The 2 kg ( 22.5cm x 22.5cm x 16.5cm ) is RM2.00

& 5kg (26.5cm x 26.5cm x 20cm ) is RM3.80

Yeah, we still need to pay the Poslaju charges but
they won't count by volumetric weight cause it's still under 30cm.

Material is different to Pos Express envelope ,, this one 'tebal sikit' ^^

Volumetric weight calculation can try this >> Volumetric Weight Calculator Link , i feel quite useful  tongue.gif

Excuse my previous reply. LOL tongue.gif I was wanting to ask Mun. On top of the price of the box, they will charge us for postage again?? Wah~ sweat.gif
