If u are not at home, they will leave a card for u to go to collect at pos office. They will keep your parcel in post office for 14 days. If after 14 days u haven't go to collect, they will send the parcel back to sender.

U can call them say u will go to collect yourself... but since Friday and Sat they close then have to wait until Monday only. btw.. are u from Kedah, Terenganu or Kelantan? because if other place Friday they still working oh.

1. Paling lewat is around 6PM (based on my experience)
2. Unable to deliver the item due to addressee not available at time of delivery - means poslaju cant deliver because the receiver is not at home. Don't worry. Poslaju will attempt another deliver until the item is safely arrive.

Pos laju will start with EN or ED and end with MY

Item arrived at processing center. What does it mean? And why they didn't update the office? If I post my parcel to Bidor, Perak, then where the processing center office now? I've sent it yesterday (Friday) and today is the first Saturday. So, when they can deliver it to my recipient?

By the way, if there's an error on recipients address spelling, such as I wrote 'Jalan Orchid', where it supposed to be 'Jalan Orkid', will it be success to be delivered?

Your recipient should receive the parcel on Monday.

The spelling should not have any problems because post man they look at post code. if the post code is correct then should be no problems.

Poslaju sucks


I hate them so much seriously

Let me explain my situation

I ordered something off the internet and deliver by poslaju

I tracked and called customer service about it and they told me it was with the courier at 9:02 am

So i waited since then until 6pm

There were no calls , no sorry notes and no notice notes or ring bells

I called twice before 5pm and they told me the courier will deliver the item to me before 630pm

So i waited another 1 hour 30mins

At 630pm , i called and no one answer . CAlled 1300300300 and they told me that the courier just went back to the office and closed.


I was so angry and complained about but the customer service are so useless and cant do anything about it

Until now i cannot get my package and my customer want a refund

Added on December 6, 2010, 12:22 amAround 1030pm , that was the time i was released from my hard tiring work

I found a note in my letter box which i do not see it even i left home at 645pm.


IT stated 10:03 AM stating i was not at home


I was like " WTF "

I waitied since 9am and there were no such thing in my letter box

So i asked the security guard that was on patrol near my house.

He told me that a fat poslaju malay delivery courier came at 8:22pm and drop off the note at my letter box

There was a CCTV recording too .

He did not even Call or ring bell or anything .

He just went to the letter box and drop off the note.

IT was friday and i heard malay people are very lazy during fridays.

Does poslaju deliver on public holidays? Im in kl area and im expecting a package...

Parcel is registered post or e-parcel ... It is slow but cheaper than poslaju. Yes they have tracking number but the tracking number can only be tracked when the parcel is still in Malaysia. Once it out from Malaysia, we can't track anymore.


Poslaju is more expensive but faster and the tracking number can be tracked all the way until your friend received the parcel
