A little bit update to my etrayz,

I have tried to stream movies from etrayz to xtreamer using homeplug, 720p material streams flawlessly and a little lag is noticed for 1080p movies (for high bitrate moment).

The only frustrating is i unable FF or reserve the movie as connecting through usb external hardisk. may be have to move my router and etrayz near the xtreamer.

Update

I have relocated my router and etrayz just besides xtreamer and connecting them with gigabit lan, now streaming 1080p movie flawlessly. thumbup.gif

ape, I believe the eTrayz supports the NFS, a perfect partner for Xtreamer. try to check the manual on how to setup NFS.

Firmware 2.1.3 is released.

2. Photo preview EXIF info font size increased.

Bugs Fixed:

1. Xtreamer crashes or reboots during video playback or when starting a next file. Fixed.

Maybe Penang Lang can check it out there for verification tongue.gif

I have tried out DVD.iso files playing on my Xtreamer. It can support all the menu and features just like playing by DVD player. Damn good!!

On my WDTV, it also can support DVD.iso but it do not support menu. it just play the movie directly, bypassed the menu page.

A friend of mine told me that he read somewhere in LYN forum that Realtek may not be able to get the license from DTS and Dolby for the HD audio passthrough and this would mean that Xtreamer will be affected as well. Anyone can confirm this rumour or fact? cry.gif
