From day 1 Unify Biz10 package install the BTU device's LINK and AUTH LED OFF means link down after 2 hours usage. Customers service is absolutely worst of any kind for a service industry corporation. Call CS, they claim my ID was incompletely created but why send vendors to lay the cable and setup the BTU and Router and claim 24 hours response time.

One (1) day later, link still down and call CS, over several minutes of conversation they put me on hold for 20min because they need to consult with other department. Then they can back to tell me how they screw up internally and request for another 24hr but issue me a new job number as the previous job ticket number was cancelled.

Hell! they closed job ticket number without requesting customer consent such a moron for customer service personnel.
