i am new to this thread, since i am also a viva owner / driver just wanna join you all..

i am driving a White 1.0sx Manual viva.. been driving it for almost a year now.. so far every thing seems to be ok..

got 2-3 issues with the body work during the early days but now already resolve..

i also had made few minor mods on my viva.. just wanna share..

- imported 14" rims frm japan f(5.5j) / r(6.5j) + falken zeix 14/165/55
- raybrig 5000k white lamps
- elite front bumper (conversion front set onli)
- hotbits exhaust system + extractor
- GAB Chrome Sport Springs
- and a few more stuff..

and i am going for my 4th service (20k mark) some where in Feb.. travel a lot recently..

picture of ur front bumper? how much?

ur exhaust system got any improvements on the car? piping?

HOTBITS exhaust system works like a charm on Manual viva but on auto FC hancur sikit..

My FC better after i change to Hotbits.. can go extra 35km for one full tank..



the exhaust dose not make loud noise during idle but makes a bassy noise while on the throttle

exhaust i got kinda a nice trade with one fella..he is using auto and find a bit lag while driving..used only for 2months..
so i paid him RM240 and he took my stock exhaust system..and paid for installation was Rm70..so total was like RM310.. but for new going to cost like RM900..+-...anyways this is the most best investment on my ride.. increase 7bhp.. u can feel the power..btw the exhaust system is frm the header to the tail tip.. worth every single penny..

wow increase 7 bhp is quite good figure for a viva.My family's newly bought viva 660 manual does feel underpowered.An increase of 7 bhp from the base 47 bhp is very good.

Although its 10 hp more than the original kancil but the lag during take off acceleration from standstill is really noticeable,and things gets worse when you are ferrying 4 ppl on the car.

but i guess the HB exhaust system only covers for the 1.0..not sure dose it have for 660 and 850.. but u can give it a try..try ask them..

I'm new to this thread.
I juz get my Viva Elite Ez last Saturday. Have few questions in my mind hope any sifu here can answer me

1. Perodua did not provide air filter for viva rite. Many forumers mentioned that air filter is a need for our car, so i planned to install it as well.
May i know how much if i buy it at perodua service center (during 1st service) ? Or can get cheaper if go for other accessories shop? Any brand recommend ?

2. My 1st full tank petrol only tahan 380km (yesterday pump rm48) my fc is it acceptable since my car still new and haven't go for 1st service?
Beside that, 1 bar petrol only tahan about 35km is it normal?

3. I looking for carpet, last sunday went to Giant saw a standard car mat juz wondering the size is it too big for our cars
Any well suit carpet recommend? I did survey online viva custom make carpet cost about rm120

1 - i guess ur referring to the Air Con filter right.. usually for air con filters its going to cost u around RM15-25..(including installation)..u cna try to search in Mudah.my or in the LYN Automotive Garage Sales.. there's a few ppl selling those..

2 - ur driving an auto or manual? 1.0 / 850 / 660 ? personally for my car the first bar will only drop after 70kms.. on my 1st fuel up when i got my car it dropped at 42km..and currently my car can go up to 550km with one full tank.. u might need to wait for the 1st service then and take a look after the service..

3 - for carpets i have no idea.. i am still using the stock carpet anyways.. haha..

Just got my Elite VIVA EZI on tuesday...But bad thing is that on tuesday night my sport rim Wheel cap kena stolen.....Curse the thief man....Itchy hands. My car not even one day old got things kena stolen already.

the air filter are tons here in the forum ... i got mine like 30, easy intallation,but they can do it for u also ... sc selling bout 80 - 90 ... if i am not wrong

the carpet - i got mine at those acc shop, cut to fit ... custom, the ori mat are like for the wrong car ...

I just paid for the air-con filter + installation only @ RM28.80 ~

Then I order Viva front bumper and Viva front bonnet + black colour paint + workmanship = RM 1,049.20.

Big hole suddenly this coming CNY ... lol ...
