add on to pizzaboy....breakfast, we must eat like king.....but make sure one choose healthy food...more complex carb, protein and fibre stuff.....plus milk (lowfat)
lunch eat likeprince....and dinner eat like hamba...... anyway, fat loss or weight loss is about calory deficit.......eating supper has no bearing on it. But one choose to skip breakie and lunch, but hantam kaukau for dinner and supper, then it aint do any good. |

QUOTE(charge-n-go @ Apr 13 2009, 04:36 PM) I mean on the day you have dimsum.......I think one meal of dimsum will cost at least 300 kcal. One MCFillet will have 300-350Kcal.......nowadays I feel the guilt of whacking fat stuff. there was a day, I went to eat 'lap' rice during lunch for department. lap = chinese sausage, duck, etc....... The same evening, I went for 75minutes cardio........... work out until |

QUOTE(myremi @ Apr 13 2009, 09:30 PM) For athletes or people who train strenously, they have to be careful of this effect of high and low blood sugar after the training. THey will need a different pre- and post-nutrition just to handle the roller coaster effect of the different blood sugar levels. Hence, that's the reason why it's ok for them to take energy drinks and higher carb foods after does the book define what is train strenously mean? cardio 40minutes....does it mean train strenously? For the athletes or ppl who exercise a lot, they may need to adjust their GI intake according to their body needs. Not quite a precise science. Added on April 13, 2009, 10:19 pmSky-live - you can goto U-Lik for wantonmee...got good charsiew.... Clarkfann - we can almost celebrate together.... Experience - you have assignment, we have to work 830-530pm...thrash up with the massive traffic in Kayel.....take care of home....prepare food....etc....... I think it's all about time management and commitment. God always give us choices. We just have to pick the right one. |
