hopefully mazda 3 will come out better than wat others' are expecting .... a lot of ppl out thr stil in denial tht beside T&H other brand cars r not up to par ( except those bmw,merc etc )

now im posting in mazda service centre already hit more than 1k km .... customer service is decent but cant say its top-notch ... stil have room to better ....

at jln 222 service center .... got free wi-fi n hot drinks ( in such weather i think they shud haf provide cold drinks instead ) but im not complaining much

let c how long does it takes to finish my services n alignment ... ( i left my house keys n smarttag in the car , shud b ok hor )

haha, i hate that service center just because i spend 7 freaking hours there 2months ago :S

PS: i also left my smart tag in the car last time, nothing happened to it

walao damn freaking 7 hrs???


tht fella told me ard 90mins onli wor .... thts y i wait here .... but now already more than 2 hrs ... damn havent c any sign my car is coming out ....

i tot onli potong nid whole day ... mazda oso ? ... change oil n filter + some checking + alignment , i think my mechanic out thr can kau tim in 90 mins lo ... purely disappointed ...

coz i am so stupid that i go at friday.

Reach at around 8.30am, finish service my car at around 10.30am.

then i also fix my krik kruk krink sound on the left panel, so the ppl go test drive, fix, still cant , so continue test drive

then reach around 12pm still cant done, so stop for lunch, 2 freaking hours (or isit 2.30hours??)!!!!!!

until around 4pm only my car ready, but yet the krik krik sound still not fix, coz no spare parts :S



but at least, still got free drinks, some biscuits, working desk and got place to charge your laptop la...

So sorry for all your bad experiences!!
If possible, can u all provide me the day, time and the service exec attending your car.
I will inform our service centre and we hope to improve on our services, time management and quality.

great after 5 hrs ... finally my car is done ... tht was at ard 2pm

car felt smoother n alignment bek to normal ...

juz a few things ... i noe they would haf to test drive to confirm the alignment but 13km ... it could get u to sunway n beek looo ....

i think no 1 is working during lunch hour ... but since most owners r waiting ... shudnt mazda adapt a system which not all ppl go for lunch at the same time???by dividing into 2 batches ... customer saves their time ... in my case , if they would've continue their job , i would haf left by 1pm ...

then later when i reach my car park onli i saw a few greasey print on the A-pillar i try hard to remove it but stil haf a very light stain .... arghhhhh

hm.... for the test drive part, the road behind the mazda SC there is not good enuf to test as the road is quite short, and quite bumpy. so if they test using federal, yeah, it will take quite a long journey since not easy to u-turn, imo la, coz i follow them to test drive

i agree the lunch time thing. If they were to continue job at lunch time for my case, i can leave at 1pm and not at 4pm

if not mistaken, i service my black FL 8 at 3rd of july, reach at 8.30am, at the SC beside federal highway

besides, i also come from penang , as the mechanic at penang SC cant fix the problem of my car.

and mind you, i already spend 3hours at the SC in penang before i sent it to the one at PJ

although that particular sound is finally fixed, but another problem still exists :S

Wah so long must wait meh !!! So how is your car performing after service?? Much better? Any issues or problems highlighted?? Oh yes what about the cost? ...So many questions eh...Sorry guys..

Oh yes, anyone tinted your rides yet? It's sad that only the Rear is UV....

my have an issue regarding a vibration on accelerator pedal while speeding or overtaking.also when rpm above 3.those SC said i need to run in more (the engine still tight) ..

now my mileage around 2400km,the problem still there.. those SC (Glenmarie Staff) told me that they will change mounting when it come to 10k service.. how come they let customer drove a car for more 8k or 5 months with that problem?

but nothing I can do now..wait until my car ready then I will start my move...

whatz the best time to go to that jln 222 service center? my car gonna reach 1k soon..

hey no such thing as u need to get the car to run in more.. Those heroes are yanking your chain... Better call and complaint.. How much did u pay for ur service all in?

my first service cost me rm300 ... they change oil filter and used 5L shell fully synthetic oil .... they say mazda 3 nid 5L instead of 4L ....

my gps oso havent got le ... my sa said she confirm with bermaz im in the 100th list ... now hafta wait bermaz approve n provide the gps ... wait another 2 weeks wor

andrew : if u plan to wait thr , i think as early as possible la ... they open at 8 on weekdays ... n they say normal service 1-2hrs .... coz i hafta check alignment so waited 5 hrs ...

i probably can only go on weekends ler..have to work...5 hours is like so freaking long..and the other thing is we r forced to buy the shell fully syth from them at exorbitant prices right? else void warranty...well part of the recurring profits that bermaz gonna get..

i havent really pecut the car yet..not til it has reached 1k haha

wah, m3 service also need rm300, u use 2tong of fully syn oil or only 1tong of 5litre?

Well guys,

Regarding bout the GPS, you need to follow up with your respective SA whether the GPS is ready for collection dy.
N for the service for the M3 roughly cost about 200 to 300 per 10000km depending on what's is needed to change.

Guys, it will be better for you to call our Service Centre and make an appointment with the Service Executive. This way it will help us to schedule our service frame and cut down on the waiting time. As you know there's only 2 3S centre in Klang Valley and Mazda cars is growing on our roads. But not to worry guys, we are gonna open more Service Centres and 3S centres around Malaysia in near future.
So pls just bear with it, we promise to give you our utmost service and quality.

Finally 1 good news for those still deciding whether or not to get a M3 2.0L sedan.
Bad news is price of M3 Sport is gonna increase by another 2K.
