mine is hell of a fun ride when i test drive it,and it's still fun to ride now, but till now there are still kruk krik krit sound when i drive. Therefore i also wish to share this to other potential buyer, so that others wont spend rm200k++ for a car, only to find out that the krit kruk krik sound in their car when they drive it back home

we all here hope you can help us in after sales service and knowledge on mazda car,but end up you are just advertisement and hard selling

besides, when you test drive a car, you won't know the maintaince problem and small problem that you might face when you own it. this is where comments are useful

why don't u help gahpadu out? he's the guy who test drove and in love with mazda.
in the middle of the night his car was bang by a stupid sleepy driver and end up with no car for more than 6 weeks...
this is not what he want... he just want to enjoy his ride.. but what bermaz can do?
why don't they understand the importance of buffer spare part? don't need too much but at least it will cut down the most stupid procedure which is "ORDER FROM JAPAN BECAUSE IS CBU".

well, car salesman today knows jackshit about the car or the technology behind the car. All they know is how to pester customers to buy.

not so true coz in autoworld mazda forum there's a good sales man who really sincere and loving mazda.
he never talk about sales in the forum and just sharing his knowledge for the mazda owner, i think berjaya haven't realize the power of internet to build reputation.
without internet we never know gahpadu case and how is the after sales service from bermaz.
even the users there are hoping that sales person to be the CEO of bermaz and to compete against T&H.. LOL

Basically there are 2 3S centres here in Klang Valley and we are opening more dealers centres.
We have sold quite a number of 3s and there's not really any major fault except for a few including yours.
My suggestion to you is hurry down to the Service centre and get your krit kruk krik sound check and verify.
I believe that the sound should be coming from the timing chain area.

To be honest, Mazda Cars and Jap Models are some of the most reliable in the market and Mazda is the one with the least incidents.

sigh, i already went to the 3S center for like 4 times liao :S

btw, for me its not because of the timing chain, its because of the fitting problem on the left door panel

i will continue to go to the 3S center until the problem fully solved

i know mazda car got lesser problem, but i am quite dissapointed with mine la, somemore mine is the top model of mazda after the 9

anyway, just some rantz here. keep up on ur job, cheers

We have most of the neccesary spare parts here. For instance, those that tend to wear down often and accident prone areas.
I'm quite surprise to know that Gahpadu needs more than 6 weeks to get his car out from the workshop but on the other hand i believe most of you wants your car restore back to it's original state with the parts from Japan and not some local make or recond parts. Since most of you know that the Mazda 3 Sport is a very new model here and we are bringing in parts from Japan
every month to stock up. We r not CKD where the parts is make here. We do provide a courtesy car if Gahpadu request it either from the SE or SC.
So guys, please bear with us...i believe in near future things won't look like now.

i seriously doubt mazda salesman really know all about rx8

1st: the salesman tell me inside the rx8 engine got piston
2nd: the salesman/mechanic at penang tell me that i don't need to top up the oil, just go service every 10,000km can liao when i just bought my car
they ONLY know that for all rx8 you need to top up the oil after i went there 1month after i get my car :D

it's true for RX8 service intervention at 100k and basically we just top up your engine oil with mineral base oil.
did you SE ask you to use synthetic oil??if so, pls kill him...
and for your info, RX8 engine NEED to be warm up before revving!!
if you need more info, pls don't hesistate to call me as i got my colleague who is my buddy an expert in RX.

haha, i went to 3S center and buy la, anyway, he give me really good price for my 8, so although he don't know shit, so i dont care

Really sorry to heard about gahpadu case but after hearing his case, I starting worry if in future I would facing the same problem. I'm a future m3 owner as I'm still waiting my car to be deliver. And be frankly I have lost my passion and excitement toward the car thought I know it is a great car but facing with the reality which is I need a car desperately for my daily usage. As some of you may know about my case. And agree with some of you, my sa don't really give a real good adivse and the info or clear view what is going on.

Every time when I asked about my car status, I will get another day answer from my sa, Until I dropped to autoworld forum, I finally got my clear view toward my car delivery status from a good guy over there. But there is nothing I can do but to wait.

The timing to wait for my car?Booked it on June 14 and still waiting. As what I know there will be not many shipment on the 1.6 model but all are 2.0 model in the coming shipment. *mine is 1.6 model* hence got to wait longer time. Which is totally the other way round when I booked the car initially. As I got told 1.6 deliver will be faster as the demand is lesser than 2.0 cause I told the sa I need a car fast. But ended up need to wait for such long time. And up to today I still have no idea when is my car will be arriving. And my brother already frustrated cause now we both were sharing the car and arrangement where I had sold my previous car. Something to share with you guys.

Anyway I still love the car and its a great car. But as I said when facing the daily reality it really makes me and my brother so in-convenient.

Sad to hear that!! but no worries, shipment is arriving this month! It's true that Bermaz is bringing in more 2.0 than the 1.6, the ratio is almost 8 to 1. The dmand is more on the 2.0 due to it's features, performance and pricing.

I believe everyone love 2.0. Me either, with all the features, and everything, saliva keep dropping. I personally like its bi-xenon light, I even ask the branch whether the bi-xenon is offer as extra for 1.6. But is out of my budget and with this kind of economy session I might need save some little for my pocket. Maybe will swith to 2liter when economy turn good.

At first I was looking at latio and pug308. Then somehow at the very last minutes, got told that mazda 3 is coming out with new design and new look and having big discount for the previous m3. Initially I was going for the previous model but when I saw the new model I immediately place the booking. While people might say it way too much for such 1.6 car. But its depend on the individual view. Just like people who bought the yaris 1.5 with OTR RM107k some people may find it is ridiculous to pay such price for such small car.

And yeah admit the space for rear passenger feel cramp. But at this moment I only drive myself and my wife most of the time. Maybe in future get a bigger like mazda 5 or cx6?

To pick up VIP guest I guest CX9 or 6 or even mazda 8 more are suitable?

Like what Phelix said, hope you can rebuild the mazda brand with the rest and bring it reputation back. Its hard and long way to go but look back the sales in the past few months, mazda unit has actually increase its unit in sales.

Whoever drop by here should pm Delvin, I believe he will do his best to help, if have any of you interest getting a mazda vehicle.

I just don't want to see another guy or "victims" bump into other sa whose just want the sales, sales and sales only without a proper advise. Or whoever does, good luck to them.
