reading some of the comments here did make me laugh...lol

i know lots ppl are bashing it, but gve it a break.. its a movies about freaking ROBOTS! come on.. haha..

i had fun watching it though (few hours back)

the jokes? evantho some had been use b4 (or overdid it), but nah.. its alright.. i laughed at it and then move on to the next action sequence.

acting? again.. its a movies about robots for crying out loud! don la expect much for he 'acting' part.. we all know that we r not goin to watch a oscar nominated film. its a action flick on robots!!

story line? pure old good vs bad kinda plot.. jus like back in my kiddy days when i was watching the cartoons .. so y not? i knew there's not much story line or character build up.. but do we reli wana c that in this kinda thing action flick? not me.. (some would be disagree with me on this, but hey.. every 1 entitled to his/her opinion, ey? =) )?

like i said, i had fun watching it... n i ll give it a 4 out of 5.

the only think i dun like is that 2 'jar jar blinks' robot Twns. As i think Bay put them there for comedic purposes, i believe that most of the time, they need not to be there at all..

In some parts of the comedy , I didnt really laugh , although the whole cinema laughed , maybe the jokes doesnt suit me.( or is it pure Lame?)

I taught that the decepticons were wayyyyy stronger . To my surprise , dunno how Optimus and Bumble Bee were so strong.

Bout those mistakes I just read , lol . Really , the scenes was so fast and confusing that I refused to think and just really try to enjoy the effects and the coolness of the show. But then , the climax was just bad , nothing seems to be right , too many errors every here and there.

Worse of all , Optimus so easily took down The Fallen --> that was the last battle.. omg..........

I am so dspointed with soundwave voice w/o the vocoder....It does not have The originality of Soundwave ......

yeah...hope they release an extended edition on bluray/dvd with longer final battle n more robot scenes...plssssssssss!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i actually enjoyed watching the 2 robot Twins...
some may not find the joke hilarious, but if u understand americans and nigger jokes u will laugh like hell man...

Watched it twice, I still find the movie freakin' awesome, despite what other people comments

this is a classic example of,autobot are loser-bots and decepticons are god like. I'm guessing you never really followed the series,novels or the comic books. Look up Grimlock,Defensor,Ironhide and Bumblebee in those literature you'll see how strong they are. Even in the first movie Bumblebee took down barricade effortlessly. And the Fallen cmon,he is so freaking old and did mention he can only be defeated by a prime so theres no surprise there plus,the prime plus jetfire combo really make him stronger what,sigh if you failed to see all this and factor all this togather you'll forever think decepticons are stronger. heres a scenario if autobots are forever loser bots how could the war in cybertron last for ages? wouldnt the decepticon win the war and theres no more story after that? The whole point of this franchise is depicting 2 races of robots of equal strength fighting on a war for eons.

I just watched it yesterday nite... still full house.

i can even forgive the sfx the transformers transform but not the fact that they cheated putting the eiffel tower at place de la concorde. you cant even see eiffel from that water fountain in real life

That's not just optimus... it's Gundam Prime Armor Pack leh.. of course can whack the Fallen, Megatron and Starscream ler.

Just that the feeling I got on the whole climax scene was like... huh? Dah habis?

He told u he was confused. Lol. Maybe he dont understand the movie much thus no joy for him. Too bad. Its like im watching a horror flick where everyone was screaming except me because i dont really understand the horror etc.

Its Bay fault. He made the auto bots looks cool while deceptions looks bad ass and transform from huge and ugly vehicles except the R8.

I'm don't think that has anything to do with Bay concerning ugly vehicles and robots, more likely it is Hasbro.

yeah.. i watched the movie along what noob13 mentioned regarding the usage of the transformers or execution or portrayal of them.
anyways, these 2 movies have made gazillian buckaroos, i hope we can have more robots less human in the third movie. the 2 movies profits shouldve paid for more cgi in the 3rd one.
let the robots take centre stage.
unicron attack, humans cant do jack shit so the autobots and decepticons take the limelight.
and grimlock.. haha.. if grimlock show up i think i might just buy my first toy from the movie for old nostalgia sake.
