ur certainly rite i never percaya all the crap they say about micro compressor, ignition booster etc. if i wana mod i wana get to the bottom of it nex month gona mod my clutch to use 1.8 clutch housing + disc  flex.gif  hope i can boost my pickup,as headers and mufflers are already done.
*
Why not try using adjustable cam pulley to shift the power band to the lower rpm region (more pick-up). Using 1.8 clutch will compromise power unless its a lighten disc.

if u opened up those crap device, it will scared u to death....paying for RM200~RM300 end up getting 3 or 4 capacitors which cost not more then RM2. The best part it doesnt have PCB at all. doh.gif

Waja stock tyre is 195/60 R15". If you want to use 205/50, the speedo reads 70mph your actual speed will be 66.7mph. Sphiroth right. either use 16" or 205/55.

I'm refering the 205/50 with 16in. the actual speed should be 69.59mph. Is it ok? How will the tyre looks in "reality"? hmm.gif

Added on July 23, 2009, 3:00 pmThere is no 205/55 R15 in the tyre price list.

so far everything fine,
- nice interior, civic owner feel jelous aaa
- engine kicking - nice aaa
- manual gear was acceptable
- first time using power steering and handling... whoah... like riding bicycle.

except
- got karats on the wheels oledi - between brake disk and spot rim sad.gif - guys, can claim warranty not for this?
- front left window sounds rrrrrr along with the speaker bass when tightly closed. if down a little bit then no sound.
- left back adjustable seat not locked properly - poor QA. the seat lock jammed by the seat foam.
- didn't notice back door rubber protector missing - either since before pick up or after... not sure
- front-right tyre tube cap gone tongue.gif

Im still thinking bout to mod the clutch housing to 1.8 as u say will compromise power i have also tought of that.Im just afraid that the engineering shop dono how much to lighten. Usually if use adjustable cam pulley to shift the powerband to lower rpm region i need to retard the cam izit? Btw my gen2 is not a CPS its the early 2004 model campro.

Its actually dangerous to lighten the flywheel. Imagine its rotating at 5k rpm and suddenly cracked and shattered.

Just done servicing my car. The Mobil 1 5W50 feels kinda heavy compared to the previous Shell Helix Ultra 0W40 but the engine feels more solid at higher rev in term of vibration and sound. thumbup.gif
