P.S : Remember that TM can control your account and phone lines etc etc. If u want to follow what i did, u must know that TM is not trustworthy and might screw up your line/account further. If u deal/have important dealings with your customers or so through streamyx e-mail, they can give problems to you with your account etc etc. If they are capable of doing this (slow connection to all users and not admitting), they certainly have the capabilities to go further. I am not responsible for any of your loses, directly of indirectly to this matter if they decide to play it rough with you. I was ready to go to court with TM that is why i was willing to go through that.

andrew, you may be right about pissing them off, cause my connection is now worse than before going to MCMC. i don't know if i should cry or laugh about this if it's true lol.

anyways, i did everything that you did minus complaining to the PMO and ministry. I have sent them so much data, tracerts, pings, pingplotter results, speedtest results, all the evidence in their face but in the end THEY JUST SEEM TO NOT CARE. may i know how i can reach the PMO and ministry? please PM me, thanks. also, do u think i should contact MCMC with updated results because my line is now worse than before. i have a direct e-mail to the person handling my case in MCMC but i'm not sure if i should play that card yet.

PMed. I think they do not see you as a threat to them, that is why they don't care and made your connection worst (They should be thinking, if i make his connection slower, he will shut up, moreover, what could he do?)

Yes i think you should contact TM first, then MCMC and tell them that in your eyes (and many others), that dealing with TM/MCMC is a waste, you should include as much prove/links/screenshots to TM/MCMC and say that you might give up hope on MCMC and will go to higher authorities, you will bring the case to higher authorities such as PMO. But dont tell them exactly who and how (they might contact "kawan" in those places to block your complaints from reaching the top)

You should also list out your chronology of events. This is the reason why i used email, because there is a "black and white" of the dealings and it's easier to track, but i also take note of calls i receive (name, department, time, day and date)

Example
Choronology:

22 Apr : email sent to peering@tm.net.my; routing@tm.net.my; hirule@tm.net.my; anieayop@tm.net.my; ceo@tm.net.my; ainols@tm.net.my

23 Apr : email edited and sent to nurulhusna@tm.com.my

23 Apr : XXXXXXXX sent/forward my email to help@tm.net.my and asked the team to treat my complaint with highest priority

23 Apr : same email sent to alicia@tmnet.com.my; asmaziz@tmnet.com.my; mbb@tm.com.my; asma_aa@tm.com.my; tyoges@tm.com.my; lily.mohamad@tm.com.my; ssc@tmnet.com.my; tmcops@tmnet.com.my; dnsadm@tmnet.com.my; ipno@tm.net.my; fuwaizah@tm.net.my; e_melia@tm.net.my. None replied

25 Apr : received a reply from help@tm.net.my by Mr.XXXXX. Blame was pushed to users, was told to do a speedtest at TM's speedtest, failing to get 90% of subscription rate, must report back to TM. Speedtest was 72.6% of subscribed rate,

26Apr : replied and referred back to Mr.XXXXXXXX with prove of connection status and speed.

ETC ETC...

You should list out all the names of people you dealt with in TM/MCMC(like above), tell hint them (TM and MCMC) that those names will reach PMO and Ministers once u have gave up hope on them. That was what i did lah ; )

one hundred kilobytes per second to twenty five kilobytes per second. pretty cool huh?

I get that IP too (60.52) I dunno why but I always get that IP, no change, subscribe till now.
Routing to US today seems okay. But ping youtube returned 300+ms ping instead of the normal 240+ms.

Cable putus again?

newbie here .... where to find ip range???? izzit the ip address at the router menu??? if i'm not mistaken i subscribe for 1mb with RM66( first promotion i think ) and since the first day i know how to download n speed test i never saw my speed higher then 0.8mb n my download speed maximum 30kb/sec .. really need help.... getting bored n bored with my internet speed , TM , and also gourvement

KuzumiTaiga - my speed test results is very similar to you, but my dl speed with flash get is avg at 110kbps on my 1mb line.

I called them just now. They said whole Sabah is having connection problem WTF. Even worse is the 2 operator hang up on me!!! BTW here is my ping.

What is the problem: china website i alway go (web.4399.com)
IP Range: 60.48.x.x / 60.49.x.x / 115.132.x.x / 115.133.x.x / 118.100.x.x
Area: Klang - Selangor
State: very very slow , even cannot access to there
When this problem started: this few days some IP range problem , today total all IP get problem
