the last time i change sd card... just cut and paste will do...
nothing else, work like charm smile.gif

Confirmed too. Copy & paste is all it takes to transfer all ur files from old mem card to new one.

Note: Make sure to set ur Windows Explorer to "Show all files & folders" coz a lot of the stuff is hidden which might explain why ur apps don't work if u didn't copy all of the files over to the new mem card.

Question for SUPER encoder sifus, normally what options do u select when encoding video (FLV to MPEG4 AVI) to view on N82. I chose 320x240, 30fps, 336 video bitrate, 44.1k samplng, 128 audio bitrate, stereo & the rest at default settings but after encoding I watch on PC ok but when xfer to phone the audio will lag 1sec. Any special settings needed for N82 so no audio lag?
*
Reduce the audio bit-rate/sampling. The higher the bit-rate, the more processing is required. PC has more than enough, but not N82.

@cute_boboi
So how is the battery u got from AceCombat going? Better than the ori? ETA to recharge?

@Nokia
I wonder when nokia is going to adopt Hi-Speed USB into their phones? Everytime I transfer a movie into my phone of 500 mb need to overnight... Sigh...
Aye, guess what, if we are able to modify the screen of the n82 into an OLED like n85, we can improve battery life by 120% with better contrast ratio etc...

N82 already using USB 2.0, noting wrong with it...

i guess it is your SD Card speed~
for high speed card please buy a faster card like Class 6
and during file transfer please use card reader, coz Nokia write speed is under Class 2

i think 44.1 sampling rate is ok
and u can lower the frame rate to 22-25... if 30 the screen will jerk

The video is not jerking or lagging, just that the video & audio is like out of sync only. Starting play is ok, just little bit out of sync, then 4 - 5min in the syncing gets worse.

The phone writes to the mem card too slowly. I wonder when nokia will be able to ramp up the speed to fully utilise the bandwidth provided by hi speed usb.

Wonder why I always feel discomfort when I post in a malaysian forum?

Overall I would say 20-30% last longer. Standard charging time, about 1.5 hrs if totally empty.

AGPS u have to pay ur service provider a bit to lock GPS satelite faster. With just my internal N82 GPS it "used" to take about 15 - 30sec to lock but currently due to satelite issues (I read on internet) I can only get GPS lock only after 3 - 5min before I actually start navigating. From previous experience (for me at least) you'll need minimum 6 or more satelites at near full signal strength to be able to navigate within 30sec.
