Nope you can only use 3G apn which is diginet.... I tried the other apn it won't connect. yes when you put in HSDPA modem it can work

3G APN is not diginet, diginet is actually for EDGE. I think it has upgraded from EDGE to HSDPA.
For those real HSDPA subscribers, they will use another APN which we (EDGE users) cannot connect to that APN.

i tried on my digi prepaid with the modem, but i cant connect to internet too, i don know is it my modem setting or the sim card problem as what u mentioned above..

Yes, need to get phone settings from customer service. These settings are in a package whereby for MMS and WAP too. So, just tell them your phone model and they will send the settings to your phone. Then just accept and activate it. After that, you can plug in to your modem to use.

Sometimes you do not need such settings. Try this first if can't then only follow my advice stated above.
