their existing billing system/infra is very old.

this downtime could be that ...

1) system breakdown recovery / fixing
2) changing/upgrading of system

I'm more inclined to suspect (1) because if (2), there would be big announcement here & there.


The CS that i went to pay my bill told me that Digi sent out SMS notification on this. But, I did not receive ANY sms from Digi 'bout this.

I did receive the SMS notification nevertheless.

Don't worry, they will solve for you but I must admit everything is good in DiGi except for their billing system which should be upgraded. It gives tedious to the users actually.
Anyway, no worry, just lay back and relax.

before this, i hv Digi prepaid number too, sometimes i felt, prepaid user r happiness than postpaid, like free 50% during birthday but postpaid get nothing..
and they hv a problem that i cant accept is, the msg will delay quite long time if ur fon don have better network coverage or inbox full, this is what i cant accept.
of coz, 3G is a problem too..
for me, others r ok...

Bro, for Ambassador plan, are those numbers called to DiGi listed in your bill and then get deducted RM50 from there or those calls made to DiGi will not be accounted in the billing system until you have over RM50 usage, then the calls will be listed there?

My 2nd month bill for July one is so high and till now, the bill is not ready to view so I can't confirm on this.

The 1st month bill I got is not included the DiGi numbers called in the bill.

First and foremost, I'm not a bro.
They will list out all your usage and straight deduct RM 50.00 for DiGi usage.

They have billing problem, I'm facing that too.

According to my friend who is using DiGi Prepaid, he told me that he was not charged for SMS sent to 016. One day he can send 100 over SMS but did not see his balance get deducted.

He is either using DiGi Super SMS whereby after RM 0.50 of SMS usage will eligible him to get free SMS to any DiGi number for that day.
Else, if he recently just had his birthday and reload to get the 50% bonus, DiGi is charging from his freebies actually.

yeah. the good thing is that i can call, sms or mms to my gf without any barriers or cost now. so i think it is good and i save a lot because it is free compare last time i was using prepaid and my cost can reach rocket sky high!! but one thing i miss is that we postpaid don have the birthday plan or something and not much freebies right?

Digi CS told me that i can get Digi service within 2 days if success..

used hot link before, now use digi pre and post for last 2 years already. line is ok, network fluctuation still acceptable, but do not have my rate plan as my signature
