Recently my Digi Campus have problem detecting 3G even though im in the zone sigh

hey guys, i've recently change from hotlink to digi postpaid RM50...but so sad the reception at my office is so bad and i always get a dropped call...it is so frustating as i cant move around while talking...can i terminate my line and switch back to maxis/celcom...its not even 1 month...

I think should be able to switch to other telco even though less than 1 month, as long as you did not take up contract based plan. smile.gif

masjid jamek no line?? are u sure it's so week? do u thy to set to GSM only signal? or can try 3G signal only, because i encountered digi 3g coverage is stronger at some places where EDGE is weak

new DiGi user here. just switched from maxis. wanna ask regarding international roaming. called Customer Careline juz now, and they mention i need to activate it at DiGi center meanwhile need to pay an amount of deposit, RM300. that's huge amount right, but Maxis roaming activation is free. any idea out there?

ya...is true. If u are with DiGi postpaid for more than 6 months, than no RM300 deposit is required, but u still need to walk in DiGi Centre to register your credit card if i'm not mistaken. after a year u can call up to transfer your RM300 deposit into your digi postpaid bill

now my gf is going to thailand,

so can i chat through msn??

my gf at thailand n i at malaysia..

can??

digi msn can use in thailand??

any phone register in Malaysia and go out of country would be "International Roaming" ... meaning that ur GF would be charge for International Roaming fee ... in this case for DATA tranmition ... so it would be charge HUGE amount of cost if not roam with Dtac in Thailand

refer this list for international Data Country and operator ... pls in Thailand only use Dtac network ... ( Dtac is telecommunication company in Thai just like Maxis Digi and Celcom in Malaysia )

pls also Check out this FAQ section ... it only apply for Postpaid ... and for the moment no prepaid user are allow to use in this plan ...
