They should have giving free. last year maxis got network problem during daytime for 1 week. in return, they giving free calls to any network user for 10 days. btw, it happen in sabah here.

eventually the old charging scheme is more reasonable since we already buy the song not renting
and Digi(operator) charging RM3/months since they do provide the feature.

Just received sms from Digi....stated that starting 1st Nov all call will be charge for 60 second per block....very not wise move from Digi...

Don't know this apply for all postpaid & prepaid or not

Digi now sucks big time with their billings.

Incident No 1.
-have activated unlimited data on 13th of the month and deactivated it on the 21th the same month, guess what? they bill me RM149 when the bill comes, so called the CS and check their system and said i should be charge RM66/30 times by 9 days, they will deduct RM129.2 from my next billing.

Cause me inconvenience to call them and tell them their stupid mistake cause by their stupid system.

Incident 2,

3000 point claims for RM120 deduct from bill.

i'm on DG150, my subline on DG30 so my total bill will be always RM180 even though i do not call much, that part i do not mind but when i claim my point to get the RM120 deduction but when the bill comes it only shows deductions of RM48.

So again i called the CS, CS who answer told me i should call more to enjoy the claim amount, he say you have a commitment of RM10 so to enjoy the RM120 your bill should be RM300 to be able to enjoy the RM120 deduction, i said this is not logical as i use my 3000 point to enjoy a discount of RM120 and i expect you deduct RM120 from the final amount of RM180 bill. After a while i break lose and he transfer to his superior and the bloddy superior said the same thing, what the point of transfering to the idiot superior if he is gonna say the same thing, the F work comes out from me and he said please do not use the word, i told him if you are me and you cheated me RM72 wouldn't you do the same thing?
Told him if he still dunno where the RM72 goes i'm going to report to MCMC and he said it's up to me....damn bloody incompetent supervisor at DIGI.
Later in the afternoon, a guy called me from DIGI and told me thatsince they only deduct RM48 from the bill he will refund me 1800point (RM72).

see another break through 12 sen/min after hit rm on allsage... means even charge every 60 sec still 12 sen cheaper than 18 sen

my bro using DG 50. im currently using maxis postpaid value 50 n my gf got my sup line. But it's damn expensive.

so i would like to take a sup prepaid line to my bro.

I'm using Celcom Blackberry EDGE, if DiGi's EDGE coverage is as reliable, i would think of porting to Digi for its new RM58 Unlimited + BIS deal.

for me,
maybe is my area in damansara is a high building,
no matter p1 wimax or maxis also get weak signal.

if i am using digi 3g,
i can get full bar on my phone,
if gsm only,
my digi signal is quite weak too...
