They should have giving free. last year maxis got network problem during daytime for 1 week. in return, they giving free calls to any network user for 10 days. btw, it happen in sabah here.
*
This can be apply to maxis in Sabah as Sabah dont have many maxis users compared to DiGi and celcom. Their network are capable of handling so many free call, imagine free calls on DiGi prepaid nationwide, how are the networks gonna handle such a massive traffic?

Hi all, is there any Digi plan that is better than Hotlink Youth Club?
*
D Campus is a better choice with Unlimited Free call to DiGi after rm2 usage everyday, free SMS to 11 FnF number and unlimited internet usage after rm5....that is the much better deal and saving compared to Hotlink Youth Club which offer nothing....

About the Caller Tune Charges

it's Requirement from RIM (Recording Industry Malaysia)

the artist is hungry for royalty as well

eventually the old charging scheme is more reasonable since we already buy the song not renting
and Digi(operator) charging RM3/months since they do provide the feature.
*
I have clarified with DiGi DChat, is all because of RIM request or less DiGi cannot offer Caller Tunes anymore...

The only way to remain the charges is not the amend or add/delete your song collection, than RM3/month charge will be remain for the next 12 months

Guys,

Digi now sucks big time with their billings.

Incident No 1.
-have activated unlimited data on 13th of the month and deactivated it on the 21th the same month, guess what? they bill me RM149 when the bill comes, so called the CS and check their system and said i should be charge RM66/30 times by 9 days, they will deduct RM129.2 from my next billing.

Cause me inconvenience to call them and tell them their stupid mistake cause by their stupid system.

Incident 2,

3000 point claims for RM120 deduct from bill.

i'm on DG150, my subline on DG30 so my total bill will be always RM180 even though i do not call much, that part i do not mind but when i claim my point to get the RM120 deduction but when the bill comes it only shows deductions of RM48.

So again i called the CS, CS who answer told me i should call more to enjoy the claim amount, he say you have a commitment of RM10 so to enjoy the RM120 your bill should be RM300 to be able to enjoy the RM120 deduction, i said this is not logical as i use my 3000 point to enjoy a discount of RM120 and i expect you deduct RM120 from the final amount of RM180 bill. After a while i break lose and he transfer to his superior and the bloddy superior said the same thing, what the point of transfering to the idiot superior if he is gonna say the same thing, the F work comes out from me and he said please do not use the word, i told him if you are me and you cheated me RM72 wouldn't you do the same thing?
Told him if he still dunno where the RM72 goes i'm going to report to MCMC and he said it's up to me....damn bloody incompetent supervisor at DIGI.
Later in the afternoon, a guy called me from DIGI and told me thatsince they only deduct RM48 from the bill he will refund me 1800point (RM72).

DIGI SUCKS BIG TIME NOW, USED TO BE GOOD LAST TIME
*
To unhappy DiGi user,

Please alway read carefully the T&C stated, it has been explain clearly, moreover COMMITMENT FEE will never get waive by voucher or other, u know the meaning of commitment?

if your usage never above the commitment fee, u can use the bonus point to redeem voucher for purchase item/reload coupon at DiGi Specialised stores. or bid for free handphone

my dad wanna convert his celcom postpaid to prepaid,
i think digi is still the smart choice for us,
haha..

before this when i know they will change to 60 seconds per block,
think to switch to Happy...

is it digi start this condition on yesterday because of the complaints?
or on 1 November already have this t & c?
*
Celcom prepaid is the worst choice, they still got those old-day adjacent call which cost rm1.80/min ,crazy!!!

now digi charge rm0.60 per call (prepaid) rite? kindna expensive..... any solution besides switching to other network or postpaid?
*
FYI....the new prepaid plan will charge u 36sen/min call (30sec block), but after your total daily usage hit RM1, the call rate is just 12sen/min (60sec block), 1sen/sms to any DiGi numbers

appreciate if there's anyone who has experience in using Blackberry BIS/BES over EDGE on DiGi , could you please comment on signal availability (Klang Valley) ?

I'm using Celcom Blackberry EDGE, if DiGi's EDGE coverage is as reliable, i would think of porting to Digi for its new RM58 Unlimited + BIS deal.

thanks
*
EDGE from DiGi is very reliable, i use to online and never get disconnected...
