To change call plan via *128#:
Step 1: Type *128*7*2# and send
Step 2: Select 1 for DiGi Prepaid™
Step 3: Select 1 to confirm and a one-off fee will be charged from main account

or

To change call plan via OCS:
Step 1: Go to change call plan page
Step 2: Select DiGi Prepaid™
Step 3: Upon confirmation, a one-off fee will be charged from main account


then dial *128*4*3# to activate it. very easy.

Err... Roaming applies. I think it is RM 2 or RM 1/SMS. sweat.gif

If I'm not mistaken, you will not be able to use back the number. It is terminated already. hmm.gif

if i go some place with no digi 3g coverage but i still using internet.
will i be charge?

using 48 internet unlimited here!

I looked at Digi's website for their equivalent package to celcom 1+5 but couldn't find it. Mind giving me a little help?

No, it is included in RM 48 and you will be using EDGE or GPRS speed.

Actually every telco only wants new customer. They like to treat old loyal customers like junk rclxub.gif
In this industry the churn rates are high so they don't bother

Well, they fail to understand it is more important to retain existing and loyal customers than looking for new customers.
